Victor and everybody at Bimmers R Us are some of the best people I've met. They have both saved me time and money much more efficiently compared to any other auto shop/dealer. They're quick to get to work and offer warranty on their parts that are provided by them. Not to mention it's a better warranty than I was offered at the BMW dealership. Big thanks to everyone at Bimmers R Us for making my car drivable and enjoyable once again.

Don't ever ever ever take your car to this Victor guy.
He told me it was a $1300 fix.
I ask him to fix my bmw which was leaking and he never even tried to start on the car.
I gave him a $480 deposit to start on my car which was deposited through zelle at a whole other phone number and not his business.
I told him I would have the rest of the money in a week or two which was ok. I called him a few times trying to get atleast an update on my car and and yep you guessed it (No Answer).
I finally had enough and just went up there instead of calling and he told me he still had not started on my car so I told him I will tow it to another location and he charged me another $100 claiming storage fees.
Note: I think he was trying to keep my car for atleast 30days so he could charge me alot and hope that I could not pay for it then he would do a mechanic lien on it and claim a free car.
I lost $580 with nothing done dealing with this ripoff artist mechanic so I'm warning you, whomever you are, do not take your car to this business.
I am reporting to the better business burea as we speak and getting a lawyer.

Terrible service…. No integrity, took my BMW to have the thermostat put on had no problems with the car driving, have driven back and forth to Austin Tx and the next day when I slow down car jump into neutral and went dead, he told me while he was repairing the vehicle that the inlet tube had broken off that evidently was broken at the shop and he wanted me to pay 300. 00 to replace it, I ask will it affect the driving and he told me not at the time, when I called back and told him my car has lights coming in the dash and continue to stop, very unprofessional not concerned told me it was on the contract that he was not at fault if something goes wrong I never got the contract and realized the contract was the receipt that was given to me after the service when I paid, very bad business as a so called professional mechanic should have handle it different, now I lost money because have to take off from work and have another mechanic to fix the problem, the person that referred me to him I let her know and told please do not refer this mechanic to no one, will fill legal matters and also will report to Better Business Bureau

This is THE place for BMW service. I have an older model X3 which isn’t driven very often. Victor was fantastic in assessing my car’s issues and telling me in clear honest terms what was necessary and what wasn’t. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. So glad I found them!

Easy and quick fix for my 2008 BMW 528i!! Easy on my pocket and quick in returning my car. I wanted to have my BMW repaired closer to home. Read the reviews for BIMMERSRUS in Duncanville, made a same day appointment with Victor. Very impressed with his knowledge and fair pricing of his repair work. So glad I met Victor and his lovely wife. Thanks Victor!

Told great things. Had a good conversation with Victor. Turned in my X5 after discussing the work to be done. Got good updates on parts coming in and projected fix time-line. Then, turned the car in and waited. Some work was missed, but then added later. Make sure your notes and communication is on point. Don't trust verbal only with any shop because details get lost. I left off the e brake, and that's one of the things that I took it in for.Got my X5 back and 4 miles down...check engine light. 6 miles, half engine power. Now, I'm stuck trying to get my X5 checked and fixed on my time. Received on Thursday 10/19. Issues Thursday 10/19. Let's see... If good, I'll update. Half horse power for now.Update: Victor called and came to the shop immediately. He's checking the X5 now. It's been running great with no leaks or smoking, so excellent work there. The power is possibly a reset of some sorts, but I'm more than satisfied with the response.Diagnosis: Broken valve and they will fix. I'll pay because my X is old. Long-shorrt, communication is key.At this point, I'd have to say that all around service and follow-up is superior to other shops and the dealership. Communicate and take notes!
