This business is Caliber Collision and at this particular location, Duncanville North, the entire staff treats you like family. They truly provide a 'white-glove' experience by explaining the process, sending status update notifications and going above and beyond expectations! The GM, Service Advisor, Office personnel and technicians all seem to have one purpose and it's to deliver exceptional service and live up to their company's model: to Restore the Rhythm of Your Life! Just want to give a special shout out to Jael - the front office manager. She's very kind, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for others even if they aren't Caliber Customers. She's a good girl & she deserves a raise. Highly recommend!!!

The lady at the front desk was unnecessarily rude for no reason. I went the the incorrect location and she was very rude in explaining I was at the wrong location without even looking up at me to talk to me. Glad I came to the one in cedar hill. They are so much nicer.

I had a small leak where my window weather stripping was cracking and causing my windows to not function properly. I spoke to Chase Henderson and he got the replacements in quickly and once they were in he was able to install them while I waited. Was pleasantly surprised with the service and will be back if I ever have any other problems. They fixed my issue and didn't try to sell me on anything extra that I didn't need like most places will!

Called about an estimate and they said they don't do estimates..... so people really just let you fix the cars without an estimate beforehand?
