Ok I usually don't write reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. I pulled into the drive thru to process a withdrawal not knowing that the card I have you have to use the lobby or the ATM. I was having a hard time using the ATM so I went into the lobby which was warm and welcoming. I got to the teller LaFonda who was so nice and professional, I ask why I had to come in for my withdrawal, she explain it to me so now I understand. LaFonda was kind enough to walk me out and show me how to use the ATM. Today was a busy day at the bank and I appreciate her taking the time to help me. I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!!!!!

They stereo type have you waiting for hours saying you have to come in to withdraw your money the senior citizen La Fonda Hubbard very rude selfish arguing with me poor customer service told me I couldn’t withdraw my money the lady that sit in the front of the bank smells like marijuana it was very strong scent they was yelling at me arguing told to me to leave and go to another location they couldn’t help me worst branch I ever been to I will be closing my account and contacting corporate someone needs to do something with this branch they are very rude and don’t want to do they job

Horrible customer service. ! When I say do NOT BANK HERE ! Do Not cash your checks here. THE LOWEST OF THE LOWEST OF ALL BANK CHAINS ! Very rude customer service. They stereotype! And you will be sitting waiting a Hour to cash a check ! And then I think they accused my check of being fake. They made up excuses saying signatures don’t match. I’ve been looking at a guy here for a hour trying to set up a bank account in silence. Then told me I can cash it somewhere else . I mean very rude .AND ON TOP OF THAT WAS $10 short of MY MONEY!! Then when I called the lady who cashed me out was ironically on lunch break … I thought if the check was made out to the bank it was free to cash as well last time I checked. Dry petty energy here.

Amazing customer service experience compared to Chase! I was wanting to open an estate checking account to pay bills for my late brother, and Chase couldn't even tell me on the phone what documents I needed. I spent over 30 minutes yesterday working through their phone menus, then being transferred from one department to the next, each one telling me they weren't the right department, and finally a representative just telling me they didn't have that information available to them, but that I could schedule a meeting online (1-week wait!) or go into the branch (which sometimes has long lines).I then decided to call Comerica. And surprise, surprise, a human answered the phone! She told me the basics of what I needed. I brought everything to the branch today, and Tiffany was amazing -- polite, professional and very helpful! She got the account opened for me on the spot, providing lots of helpful information in the process. This branch has a personal, small-town bank feel. I would definitely recommend it!

I love everyone at that location. They really treat me like family. I talked my wife into opening an account there and she did. Now she experiences the same- treatment.
