Locked the doors as we were coming up to buy something at 11:35pm saw us too terrible customer service also very dirty inside but that’s to be expected from a place that has dealers 24/7 hoarding the door trying to sell you bud. Go next door ?

So today me and my mom tried to shut the account of my deceased father and pull out the remaining amount in the account. The teller that helped us wasn't one bit helpful. I had the documentation of my fathers passing and still proceeded to tell me I need another document to pull all of out of the account. So when I ask if she can be of service and please let us know what type of document do I need. She tells us she can't say that we have to speak w a lawyer or to even just "google it". So I ask if we can ask a supervisor and she tells us again no one can help us. Please don't do business with this bank.

If I could a 0 star rating I would. I was seeking a simple answer about a hold on my check.A banker named Senaida Valdez was very rude and unhelpful. She passed me to her manager Anita Leal and I was abruptly kicked out of her office. I sought help from Tameka Williams and was followed by the Anita Leal. Anita Leal lied about me using profanity. I was told as a customer to go somewhere else and cash my check. Tamika Williams told me that since I'm a black man I have to be meek and humble otherwise I would be put on a blacklist. I was discriminated against today. So sad.

Always out of gas and the store smells of sewage nonstop. Clerks slow with lotto customers. Instead of having customers fill out the forms they allow them to tell them the numbers which will have you waiting in line 3-4 minutes. I am a frequent visit of this location so I see this at least 4 fives a week.

The people at this Branch are nice and very friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the personnel. However, DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT BBVA if you own a BUSINESS. Their MOBILE APP is not real-time minutes or even close to accurate. My background is accounting and I received a fee when the system showed that 2 transactions cleared because there were available funds. Not the case. I incurred $38 overdraft fee for BOTH and the Branch Manager couldn't explain why, without a lot of moving pieces, which didn't make sense. If it shows that a transaction came through on the 6th per your system, how do you explain to a customer that it didn't go through and not to mention, when I look at my mobile app it never showed you even posted it. I couldn't work for a company that required me to function incompetently.
