2 days waiting for a pain med prescription after 3 wisdom teeth being removed and was not informed until I attempted to have my wife swing up there that it was on back order. No courtesy call. Just left me hanging.

They never have the prescriptions ready when they say. Then you have to call and make sure before you head up there. Just slow. They aren’t like Walgreens or CVS so I don’t understand why it takes so long.

Unbelievable. Do not use this pharmacy, ever. Took TWO DAYS to fill a prescription, two full days. I was told I would get a text when ready and when I didn’t and called (two days later) to follow up was told “that’s not the way it works unfortunately we’re short staffed and there are still other prescriptions ahead of you” I have never experienced anything like that in my life. AVOID THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON.

I do not recommend this pharmacy for refills. They are always out, slow and can be rude. I’m really disappointed at their service. When the pharmacy tech recommends transferring your prescription to another pharmacy, that’s a huge red flag about their operations.

I visited this store this week looking for a specific item I had purchased here before. Couldn't find it. It had been moved. Found an employee who told me where she thought the product was and basically pointed in the general direction. She was wrong (and lazy.) Then I found Yolanda who was folding clothes in the apparel department. Miss Yolanda stopped what she was doing, led me on a search and found the product for me! Thank you, Yolanda! You did your company proud. I'm hoping Costco management reads this and realizes your value as a five star employee.

First, let me say I love Costco. I do have a beef with the self-checkout not having customer use scanners, which even Home Depot now has. I had a 14 item cartload, which had to come out of the cart, scanned, then be placed on the verification plate, then reloaded in the cart. A less than one minute activity with a hand scanner took close to five. When the store first initiated the self-check out, there seemed to be a help to scan in the cart. Now, it seems the assistants mainly act as traffic cops to direct people to visibly empty machines and no longer scan. So Costco, how about letting your customers have access to the scanners? Oh yea, and then there was that frosted cake that only had the bar code on the top....

This review is for the Costco Pharmacy. They never have anything in stock and they waste your time telling you the medicine will be available the next day only to tell you that they can't get it. Just save your time and go with another pharmacy.

Extremely disorganized. I was told my prescription would be ready 3 different days then was told they would have to order it.This has happened at least 3 times.Girl on the phone was rude saying “wait for the text “.

Staff is really nice and polite. The only problem we have is it takes forever to get your prescription. They received my prescription in the morning and it won’t be ready till right before or at closing and a couple times not till the next day. And if you call them all they say is that you will get a text when it’s done.

Costco is trash! Their products breakdown all by itself. No wonder they have unlimited return policy. Even they know their products is trash!Food is terrible. Everything is really overpriced. If you do the cost per unit, it comes out cheaper just to shop at a grocery store. This place ain't nothing but a flea market with a club membership. What a dump! Never shopping there again.

I love Costco! It's literally my favorite store! I grew up going to Costco as my parents joined in the 90s and I quickly became a member when i was old enough. I even worked at the distribution center! Even if your just a household of 1, you can benefit from all the Costco goodies! And the free samples, YES PLEASE! On this visit I even noticed a tire air station in the parking lot!! (Not sure if it's free, but still convenient!) Even if your NOT a member, buy a gift card and shop with it. I'm pretty sure you'll want to be a member after your visit!

If you're a Costco member you'll get the best gas prices 95% of the time. The lines for gas are shorter during the late morning and early afternoon hours and then get super long after the kids are out of school and people begin to leave work, BUT no matter how long the lines get, they move along pretty fast. Costco employees and members at this location have the routine down and get the line moving along. Remember to turn your car off when pumping!

I have been a shopper at this location since t opened. Always enjoy stopping at the food court. That is becoming not such a good experience anymore. When they doubled the cost of the iced coffee drink that was a let down. Now the pizza has been worse over the years. The crust Originally was awesome then changed. It was still good Pizza. Now its soggy and limp. Terrible. Fix it please. Maybe its staffing changes over the years. Idk.
