I was told to make sure I request a refill of my life saving medication 5 days before I run out. They changed when the prescription was going to be ready 3 times. I went to the pharmacy because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. They told me it's not in stock and they will have to order it even though I requested the refill 4 days prior. I am in the process of changing pharmacies.I DO NOT TRUST CVS PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!If you are taking medication that your life depends on, I DO NOT RECOMMEND CVS PHARMACY!!!!!!Also, I had to take off work to get samples from my neurologist.This CVS store has trash all over the parking lot and everytime I went in there the carpet looks like has is never been vacuumed. I will no longer shop at any CVS for any reason.

I can never seem to catch the drive-through open. It's always got an issue.It always makes you come inside and stand next to customers that are sick because they don't wanna open the drive-through

Train the pharmacist (Kim) to be more compassionate and to find out what the problem is before making a call, I went to pick up my son's prescription after i was told that it was not covered and i had the doctor to send in new rx (medically brand necessary) so when i went to pick it up it was filled as generic, so i left the medication in the drive thru window and came inside at that point the rph threw the prescription across the counter and stated i had left the pharmacy and she was not going to refund my money back but i did not and she call the police, i called my son's doctor office and spoke with nurse and the police and store manager (Detria) heard her say the prescription should be filled for the brand. I called customer relations and that is when a male Rph called me to give me a refund. I feel like no customer should be treated that way. I wanted the distric mananger (Tim) to call me he did not so i called the male Rph and he provided me with his phone # I left serval messages and no response from him. thanks alot cvs

This pharmacy need to hire another dr..dr Truong in the pharmacy may have a degree and or knowledgable in pharmacy but he has no knowledge in CUSTOMER SERVICE...absolutely rude! I will never come to this location again. The area is always slow, they hardly ever answer the phone but his mannersism is SICKENING!

Specifically requested 3 meds including two that we needed filled from this afternoon. Tech said there was a fourth. I told her I would need that one too. When I got home the antibiotic and pain meds were not in the bag. They're closed now. My husband is in pain. Unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. The drive thru lane is so slow. The covid rapid test isn't rapid either as the site claimed, takes 1 to 2 days for results.

I have been going here for a very long time, almost tree times a week. Today I had the worst experience and service ever!! I usually go to most places on my bike. I take my bike into most places because bike locks are very easy to break. This afternoon I wanted to get myself a drink. I walked into the store with my bike with no problem. When I picked drink I wanted I started lining up. One of the cashiers was holding up the line because they didn't know how to load gift cards, that the people in front of me were purchasing. By this time another cash register opened. I was the next customer in line. I had my drink and by bike in my hands and there was another customer behind me. The cashier called for the next customer which was me. I walked up to the register ready to pay. When I walk up the SHIT head cashier said " I wasn't the next customer the people behind me were the next but I'll check you out anyways. In short he's he saying the people behind me should come before me. I was really pissed at the time I didn't say anything because I knew all that would come out of my mouth would be profanity. I tempted to tell f*^k you. I'M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS SHIT HOLE!! A SKETCHY RUN DOWN GAS STATION HAS BETTER SERVICE!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD!! HOPE EVERYONE GETS FIRED AND THIS LOCATION GETS SHUTDOWN!!!

Every time I've come here for a prescription it takes over 30 minutes. Most recently I went in to pick up a prescription and they said it wasn't ready and it would be 30-45 minutes. I went home, cooked dinner, gave the kids a bath and did the dishes and came back over an hour later and it still wasn't ready.

This is the nastiest CVS I have ever seen. Pharmacist took 20mins to give me a Covid vaccine when no one was waiting for the shot or in the pharmacy area. Shunta or whatever her name is filled prescription of people in the drive-through for 20 minutes after I had checked in. She didnt come untill after I asked if someone was coming twice to give the shot. No apologies for the wait time or anything. I would never go back to this CVS... It shows that the owner of this location doesn't care about it.

This place use to be ok. My prescription was called in a week ago. I have been there twice to get it and it’s never ready. I have to go back for a third time in hopes they actually have it ready. They suck
