Always super nice greetings everytime in Drive Thru or if I pop in Superb Service like no other . I can't say the same for Fast Food in Cedar Hill no kind of personality , they throw your food at you with their heads turned without acknowledgement ,turtle slow service, and they don't care !Kid-friendliness: Su

I had the best experience today with a tall dark gentleman. He gave me great customer service and along with that paid great attention to my kids which went a long way with me. I know the ratings on here are deceptively low but I come here allot and have never had an issue with customer service. My drink was a bit off once or twice but they have always fixed it. But the service I got today got me to need to tell people how great this guy was.

Placed an online order for a small cake and went to go pick it up this afternoon. The store said they never received the order. They said I could take one of the cakes they already had made, but unfortunately it wasn't the specific one I was looking for. Very disappointed as I needed the cake today.

Everything on this morning Dunkin run was perfect! Galton and Laura provided exceptional drive thru service with a touch of holiday cheer. Great vibes! The donuts were fresh and very tasty and the service was speedy and friendly. Dunkin’s hours take the guess work out of finding a breakfast spot. See you soon!

I'm experiencing homelessness currently and I've been an avid patron of Dunkin Donuts since about 2010. I just discovered this location near my bus stop. As I waiting from 7:14AM to 8:47AM for the bus on Clark Rd. I got concerned that something was wrong. The bus had not shown once in that time period. My phone was disconnected and so I went to Dunkin Donuts to purchase $8 in chocolate covered donuts and to ask to use the landline to call D.A.R.T.I arrived, the clerk struggled with a greeting (which is to say she didn't greet me at all) and so I greeted her. "How are you today?" I said. I ordered. Then politely asked if they had a landline that I could use. She replied," I don't know what that is, I don't think we have one. " I informed her that most, if not every, building has a landline for the various electronics that use a phone line. She asks the manager on the headset. The manager apparently said "No". So I politely asked to speak with the manager while I paid for my order. She came I repeated the request and let her know I had a small emergency. You see, I was waiting on the bus to the Bridge so that I could secure a bed for the night. So it was, indeed, a small emergency. I needed to know when the bus would arrive. She was adamant. So I said "Thank you" and left.Most times, it cost us nothing to be kind. For the time it took to go through the clerk, the manager, and whomever she called to ask, I could have gotten the information and then caught the bus on time.Unfortunately, it was too simple to just be kind in this case. I was a paying customer, I asked politely, and it was not a large or unreasonable request. However, I understand they have the right to say no to any requests. I also have the right to not patronize this particular location as a response.The Chevron Gas station on the SouthEast corner had a landline and allowed me to use it as many times as I needed without my making a purchase. I also chose to make a purchase there as well, on g.p. Also, as I had thought, something was indeed wrong and as a result, the D.A.R.T. company ordered me an Uber so that I could make it to the shelter on time. I'm eternally grateful to the clerk at Chevron and Ms. Kendra at D.A.R.T. They both contributed in a small way to turn my luck around. Ultimately I'm disappointed that the ladies at Dunkin Donuts were unyielding in their actions. But C'est la vie.

Always good coffee. The management and the service is getting better. Love using the app and all the perks that come with it. I usually come here daily.
