They say will pick you up and drop you back off if you rent from them umm no they didn't the day I got my rental that service was unavailable not only that they did not have the size of vehicle I reserved I had to get a smaller size..no discount either for the inconvenience...

Awful company I have my confirmation number I was told they have cars and I call again to make sure and they say they no cars and now I have no vehicle for my trip. These people are too lazy to Update their inventory on their computer.

Late on my pickup (getting me) Wasn't happy. If it's a new industry norm, I'm not happy with it, but after I was on the highway, I called back for assistance in locating the CD Player and was advised there had not been a CD Player in "any" rental cars for about 2 years. Hasn't been 2 years since I had rented and I rented from Enterprise. Too late now. Had I known that, I would have looked somewhere else. Also Enterprises' new policy is to take a $300 deposit as well as full pymnt when you rent one of their vehicles. Didn't know that either until I had gotten in the car and looked at my invoice. When I was setting my rental up, I was advised that they would be taking a $300 deposit in advance of the trip. I took that to mean that their normal $250 deposit had gone up by $50 & that was fine. Never mentioned to me that, that was in "addition" to full pymnt. Not happy. Shelled out $400+ $$s for a 3 day rental. I won't be back to this location.

They were over an hour late. The girl who checked me out was clearly stressed out and probably just overworked. That stress she was under certainly came across in how she dealt with us. The first thing she should have done was acknowledge that she was late and apologize for any inconveniences her being late may have caused us. Instead she argued with me for 10 minutes. I felt sorry for the poor girl because she broke down and started crying! Obviously she was already under too much stress and I just added to it. I hate that it came to that because I love to see black women in positions of authority. However, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A HARD INDUSTRY TO WORK IN BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE CUSTOMERS INCONVENIENCES FIRST OVER YOUR OWN INCONVENIENCES.

I don’t even want to give a one star. Horrible experience. I had a reservation for a rental car and for them to pick me up. They were an hour late. I even received a call from them an hour and half before the reservation to confirm the time. I called to find out where they are and had to call multiple times because I couldn’t get through to a live person. When I finally got a person I was put on hold several times. When they did get to the location to pick me up the driver was rude and his driving was horrible. Driving at high speeds and weaving in and out of traffic. After being in a car accident 6 days prior his driving was scaring me. I had to use them because insurance is paying for a rental but if I were to rent a car on my own it wouldn’t be through Enterprise.
