The workmanship was fine, but l had to sit for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time before they started on my car. The dude other customers in the waiting area were all experiencing the same poor time management.

Called and asked how much it was for oil change if I bring my own oil and filter. He said they don't so that. Then he said a oil change was 98 dollars before i even told him what wanted.

We spent over $500 in July of last year getting our front brakes completely replaced, rotors, drums, everything. The front brakes squeak in the morning when the car is driven. The front tires are completely covered in brake dust, photos attached. I take the car back to this location where the work was done, since the work is still under warranty. They tell me the brakes are fine and that there is nothing wrong. I repeatedly told them that the brakes squeak and pointed out the brake dust all over the front wheels. Well, today, I learned something new about car brakes. The Service Manager told me that the amount of pressure applied to the brakes creates the brake dust on the wheels. This is ridiculous! Do not waste your time and money with Firestone. We are back at this place for a third time and the brakes are bad again. They are saying none of the work that they did previously is under warranty. This vehicle is driven minimally and is now requiring a third brake job from Firestone's work. They are refusing to honor any warranty on their past work and are asking us to pay $2,800 to correct their work. My wife asked for the District manager's name and number and the employees refused to provide that information. Firestone in Duncanville, TX is not conducting good business.

Absolutely Dreadful!
Store manager has a horrible attitude & does not take accountability for anything. Zero care for customers vehicles. No one has the courtesy to call for vehicle updates. This isnt a place who works with you, just their to take your money.
-Brought in my truck with a check engine ‘catalytic converter & ‘o2’ sensors code. Store manager recommended we replace with after market catalytic converter & sensors. Engine light came back on with in days of repairs. Brought in & they Deleted codes & sent me on my way. Engine came back on the next day, now they recommended we go with the OEM catalytic converter & sensors. I had to pay the difference for the new OEM & on top of that They tried charging me for core fees & labor once again. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with manager & this whole situation cost me near $5,000 & went on for over 6 months.
-Brought vehicle in to replace coolant temperature sensor. Said I would get a call when ready for pick up. 2 days passed & I decided to call to check for status & was told truck was ready the same Day I dropped it off. No care for customers & no communication skills what so ever.
-Dropped off my vehicle on a saturday morning for a refrigerant recharge. Was told I would be contacted when ready. No one called i figured they werent able to get to it. So i decide to call for a status update Monday morning & was told by store manager that the truck was ready since Saturday & that i should of gotten a call which I did not. I proceed to pick up & as soon as I get home I notice all 4 wheel caps are gone. I call to let them know & nobody knows what happened & that they would leave a note to store manager who’m I never got a call from. So now on top of money spent to repair my vehicle i have to keep spending to replace all 4 caps who firestone should be responsible to care for their customers vehicles.
Not coming back to this place ever!

Came here hoping I'd get great service. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 model vehicle. Despite waiting from 2:30 to 4:15 (appointment was at 3). I was told I had a nail in my tire and that it was unrepairable, but given the location of the screw, it seemed like it would be repairable and left to a tire shop for a consult. Looked over the tire they said it was in and I and the tire repair tech found nothing. After not finding anything, we checked the other tires just in case, again, the tech could not find the screw.
I won't be coming back here again. This seemed like a shady tactic that must be done frequently.
Also found a puddle of oil on the valve cover that the tech apparently couldn't bother to clean up.

Long wait time (2 hours), but I got a lifetime alignment, which is a good deal. They weren't pushy about service recommendations that weren't needed.

It has its ups and down you know. Overall its a great place everyone there is straight forward in the lobby, not sure in the shop. My only concern with the shop, they over torque my lug nuts everytime i go, and when its time for me to do a job at my house that recquires me to remove the wheel, i can't its over torqued and im not able to loosen the lug nuts with my raw power, so thats the only drawback, other than that, its a great place.
