I love the availability whenever I need to go in. Yes at times the line can be long as they don't have a drive through being inside of the grocery store. But it does not overshadow the level of care and customer service that I receive.

Customer service is terrible.They can not give change for a 20 unless you have an account???..Will not come back nd will tell everyone not to go there.

MELISSA AND THE OTHER MANAGER ARE RUDE FOR NO REASON,AND THE NEW HISPANIC LADY AS WELL AND I HAVE HISPANIC IN MY FAMILY I BEEN COMING FOR 2 YEARS AND MELISSA AND VERNA OR WHAT EVER HER NAME IS ALWAYS TRY TO ACT LIKE THE CUSTOMER IS IN THE WRONG WHEN THEY ARE INFRONT OF THE COMPUTER THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE GREAT IF I GET ONE MORE MISTAKE ON MY ACCOUNT THE NEXT STOP WILL BE BBB!!!

One of the worst branches I have been to! I asked to have my money available today or just cash the check, was told 10 minutes and it would be available. After 30+ unanswered calls, an hour and a half wait, it still wasn't ready!! It took going back up there and nearly causing a scene for it to be fixed. NOT GOING BACK!! WASTE OF PRECIOUS TIME!!! Half a star would be more accurate....

Been with this bank over 11 years never had any problems, until I came to this location to withdraw money out of my account, bank teller and manager asked me so many questions before I could get my money out they wanted my debit card which is normal no problem there, but then they asked for the original ID from when I opened my account which is when I was 18 and I'm now 29, gave them my current ID which is what I been doing since I can remember, that was the first bad part, then they asked me to verify my email, home address, social security number just so many questions it made me feel like there was no trust at all, just completely wrong, will start going to different locations.

I disagree with what the first reviewer noted. The branch manager is professional and she does not belittle her employees. Their are two managers that work there and I use to be one of her employees. I have never been disrespected by( Brittonie Washington) correct spelling. I like this bank and would recommended it to anyone. Also it is not tactful to add names to reviews especially when it is not factual. Peace out

First Convenience Bank - I wouldn't put my dirty laundry in that bank to keep safe. The fees that they charge are outrageous and the management is a nightmare. I came to the bank expecting to speak with someone who had business etiquette instead I got a rude and disrespectful branch manager named Brit"TONIE" Washington, who was yelling at not only her employees in earshot of customers, but was belittling them. My only warning is DON'T bank here, avoid the scams and fees. You'll be better.
