I wanted to shoutout Ms. LaFondra and the wonderful ladies at the front desk! I’m sure I’m every tax expert’s worst nightmare because on top of going a few years without filing my taxes, I waited two days before the deadline to get my taxes filed. Although I was a walk-in they made sure to fit me in where they could to get me taken care of. Not gonna lie, I was so scared of filing my taxes because almost every person I talked to would make it seem like I would have to owe thousands of dollars or even have to file bankruptcy! To my surprise I’m actually getting money back!! I could not believe it! Ms. LaFondra did everything she could to make sure I get all I could and I’ve never been more grateful and appreciative then I was working with her. Thank you to Ms. LaFondra and the wonderful staff at this location!

I came in at my appointment time. But I was told to wait another hour or next day because the tax preparer who I was scheduled with just started with another client. No one could tell me why even I confirmed with them about the appointment before.Finally, there was another worker was willing to take our case which is very helpful. But in general, it is not a pleasant experience with the service.
