They have multiple vehicles on this car lot with rebuilt/salvage titles and don’t hesitate to not say a single thing about it even when financing till your 3rd party finance company call you saying you know salvage/rebuilt title vehicles are 99% going to be denied by any insurance company to get there insurance let alone pass inspection and they have the nerve to say we can still get it to pass inspection
I was wondering why there voicemail is not active due to owner not setting it up
So buyer beware and report to commission

Had an excellent buying experience here at Duncanville Auto sales. Manny was a great help in assisting me with my vehicle purchase. The communication prior to arriving on site was phenomenal. The posting for the vehicle I wanted was on Facebook Marketplace, however I despise Facebook. Using “Messenger” I was able to coordinate a time with Manny to meet up at their lot. Manny went above and beyond and agreed to meet me on a Sunday, which generally they are not open, but was very understanding that getting down there during the normal week was difficult for me, seeing that I was traveling from north of Ft. Worth. Their prices are fair, reasonable and they are not out to gouge anyone. They made the process simple and seamless, disclosing everything and not leaving anything in the realm of the unknown. Thank you again Duncanville Auto Sales, and a special thank you to Manny.

Looking for a super solid used car? Duncanville Auto Sales is the place to go. They are small but they give THE BEST 5 star service. Manny was so cool. We looked at a few cars and settled on a 2020 Charger. AND WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT‼️

Absolutely horrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! They’re selling lemons and if you have no knowledge of cars they will definitely play you out of your money. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!! Oh and the 5 star reviews are fake as hell, in one of them there’s a picture of a car in front of a dealership that’s not even theirs as you can clearly see on their photo.

I had purchased a vehicle from here a year ago now and the vehicle had came with transmission failures, fake safety feature buttons, really bad fuel system, and the worst part was that it was salvage without me knowing. This auto sale didint even put new tires on my vehicle when sold I had to buy tires because the others were not safe.

I usually don't write bad things and try to guve people the benefit of the doubtmgiving 2 stars because of the unprofessionalism of no customer service. In my humble opinion, it sounds like they just want the money and not your business.
I called about an application I submitted, tbey stated they reached out to me but didn't. That's why I called after a week and half of not hearing from them. They tell me because of my credit, I need a co-signer...understandable. i preceded to ask specifically what is needed from a co-signer, they tell me a co-signer...yes, but do rhey need good credit or make more money. He answered a co-signer. Explain please....he actually got more rude.
Wow...thanks(sarcastically speaking).
Even tho you are selling something, we are real people...so treat people with customer service.
