This place used to be great to shop at for our business but they started doing certain limits on things. It doesn’t say that online or the weekly AD if that’s the case then put it on there so others don’t waste my time coming here like I did. They were being rude from the beginning making faces at me when I grabbed the first 4 items, & they rolled their eyes at me & talked to each other through the walkies. I speak English too man. The self check out lady by the pharmacy needs a new duty if she’s going to be acting that way. I’m just going to take my business elsewhere because that was ridiculous & then to top it off you’re going to go up to my wife & follow her around? Y’all are so unprofessional, discrimination at it’s finest.
I reviewed this place 5 years with a 5 star, today I’m giving them 1.

Normally I have good experiences but I realized that they close and lock their door an hour before closing time and the one item I needed was inaccessible laziness at its finest

6-15-2024. Went into Kroger to make purchases for Father's Day BBQ and got in line to check out and was "asked" by a customer service clerk to get out of the self checkout line and go to a register and wait in line to be checked out by a cashier. Not sure why but there were 3 open self checkout registers available and was told that we had too many items in the basket to use self checkout. There was no one waiting in the self checkout line with less items. The clerk told us that this was a policy and they also tell the customers with less items to use self checkout to not hold up the actual registers for customers with larger baskets. After we check out and pay, a gentleman with 2 items walks up and he was not redirected to use self checkout but was checked out by a cashier. Kroger make it fair for everyone because I stood in line for an additional 15 to 20 minutes when I could have used the self checkout paid for my items and left. I have been a long time customer but you lost this one and I will put you on the list with Walmart. Aldi can have all my business. Requested to speak with Manager Ricky who never answered the call or came to the front.

I love shopping at Krogers. I typically do the self check out, but it always gives me too much trouble. I went to the cashier this time. Tanisha was my cashier. Great customer service and full of energy. However, she needs to be a bit more careful bagging groceries. I got home, and my eggs were broken.

I was called a bucket head by the manager Terry for buying food and a balloon from the kiosk on my lunch break because he thought I was soliciting due to the fact I had my work stuff with me because I was next door other customers were super quick to back me up and were uncomfortable with his actions I hope whatever he may be going through he can heal from and start to treat people with respect please do better Terry and approach with questions when you see me with groceries in my hands instead of verbally assaulting me Thankyou

This kroger will keep your coin change at self checkout. Then make you stand around for 5 minutes asking the one clerk to give you your 50 cents it should have given you to begin with. Pretty much trying to steal from you….
