Be careful with the people at this location. Either they are not too bright or dishonest. They overcharged me $35. for my purchase. I had to tell them multiple times that they overcharged me and they kept on trying to dismissed it by saying it was the connection fee then it was the taxes. I remained firm and had them calculate my purchase on a calculator before they admitted it and refunded me the overcharge.. It was so disturbing that I didn't let them transfer my information from my old phone and did it myself.

I would give Mr. Ram 10 stars if I could!! He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, patient and answered ALL of my questions thoroughly. On top of the great customer service!! Highly recommend and will definitely drive the twenty minute drive just for this excellent service!!!

FYI if you have Metro phone service and are trying to switch from one phone to another phone and need to activate the new phone... here's how you can save $30...If you visit a franchise Metro location (like this one at Wheatland Plaza), then they will charge you around $30 for this service. However, if you have your old phone handy, you can do this for free by using the MyMetro app. If you have any issues with the app, then you can call customer service (611) and they can assist you over the phone. Note that there is also a $30 charge if you call, but they will waive it for you if you cannot complete the process through the app. Their phone support folks also provide really great customer service and are easy to work with.The only thing I'm unsure of is what the process is like at a corporate location (like the one Cedar Ridge) and whether they charge for this service. Google says that it might also be free.I felt I should call this out because I initially visited this franchise location at Wheatland Plaza, was told there would be a $30 charge, but then they finally told me it was free through the app when I pushed back on the charge.I'm guessing that some people just pay the $30 without realizing that there are more affordable (i.e., free) options available. The service at this location is normally pretty good, but this situation was a little frustrating.

I was recommended to go to the corporate store which I thought this was and wasn't . They were nice but ethical and honest they weren't . I was told they gave me a discount on my phone and accessories but I instead I was lied to and told they were giving me half off the accessories. For a phone case and a screen protector they charged me $60.00 dollars and that was half off lol! Such a joke so that would make a piece of plastic and a rubber phone case retail at $120.00 did they think I was that dumb? I had a customer that was a manager that did business with me so I returned the favor . Needless to say I don't recommend this store unless you want to pay full price and get taken advantage of. I did let them charge me more than full price. I will let Karma and this bad review be my justice. If we would have just sold the product and not lied to my face I would have still let them make the same profit. Im in retail and I respect that people are in business to make a profit but I will never lie to do so and these guys did. Again if you want to be lied to and taken advantage of this is your store. If not go else where.

Service was poor. The lady working there gave me unreasonable attitude and chewed her gum loudly.In addition, the place smells horrible. If i could give zero stars, trust me I would.
