Had an issue with my storage unit as the entry door was messed up and I couldn’t access my unit. Kalena advised me it was already in the works to be repaired and credited my account for the inconvenience. This is how customer service should be! Thanks Kalena!

I just want to give a big 5 star review for Kaleena! She has gone above and beyond! I needed to upgrade my storage and was having issues doing so, she handled it. Then my sons came back for a storage unit and she was able to help them also. I appreciate her willingness to help. I encountered a few problems but she was professional and knowledgeable in helping me out. I greatly appreciate her friendly customer service!

No one is ever on the office , customer service schedules appointments at the location and no one shows up. I moved out of a unit that I had for over a year. Was trying to notify the office and of course no one was there . Moved out on 8/3 , still no one there . Cleared the unit and left it open so they would see it was vacant. Well two days later I started receiving calls and voicemails from a worker who is now in the office stating my bill is due. They want me to pay for the full month plus late fees now that someone is finally in the office. They seem to only be available to collect money but never to assist when help is needed.

No one is ever there to address my issues and they tried to charge me even tho I had already moved out. Had to use an old key code to gain access inside. Horrible service

Worst Public storage location in the Dallas area. Booked and paid for my storage unit just to show up and not be able to get into my unit for three hours. After a month of using this storage location, I requested a lock break due to me losing both copies of my key in an accident. It took approximately three weeks after ny initial lock break fee processed to change the lock on my unit and access my storage unit again. The lack of resolve and efficiency for solving renter problem’s is low. You guys can do better, I will be moving my belongings to another storage company who can provide more assistance and awareness when it comes to our needs. No one should be locked out of their storage unit for three weeks!!
