Submitted my information via email as requested. I get a call almost a week later on how they have been emailing me and calling me. I check my call logs email everyday and received nothing. Then I get a call to go over everything only for them to say they will call me back. I feel they were not really trying to help out with giving me anything. Which is fine. Just say no and don’t pull me along and waste my time on something you’re not going to give me.

Was told I was preapproved and made the payment and waited almost a week without hearing anything from anyone to find out I was denied after making the payment and have to wait almost another week just to get my money back. Very poor communication and customer service. Highly inconvenient.
