Customer service could have been better. A female worker was honestly pretty rude. She did not welcome anybody . Had to ask her to repeat herself a couple times and I had repeat myself a couple times as I asked for olive oil and she repededly tried to put olives on it . I asked for ranch and she put jalepeño ranch instead .She seemed visibally upset after I asked to make one more Sandwich. Work on your customer service.

The staff is typically very good here, but at times, you get the woman that just seems to be in a bad mood ALL the time.

This has to be the worst Subway I've ever encountered. If these folks were trained at all, it must have been by people only vaguely familiar with the concept of a sandwich. That, or they're deliberately trying to be awful. Unbelievably bad.

When I came in female employee was sitting down eating no hello or welcome to subway just stared at me cookies was not fresh and Nothing was stock up no soup old bread it was not fresh ,Not very welcoming very cold experience 1 out of 10

Came in during my lunch break to grab a sandwich. As soon as I pulled in I see there’s already an employee taking a cigarette break in front of the business right next to the door so people stink as they walk in/out. I go in and it’s empty, see 3 employees sitting down not doing anything. Two of them are having a conversation and she tells me she’ll be with me shortly as the others didn’t acknowledge me. Stood there about a minute while she continued to eat and laugh with the other employee. I walked out told them it’s fine didn’t want to ruin their lunch. She laughed and didn’t care. Drove the other location that’s down the street and you can tell the big difference! Please stop hiring lazy people that barely want to work. I recommend going to Subway on Cockrell Hill & 20, never have an issue there.

10/19/21. You don’t close until 10pm it’s currently 8:45pm and your staff tells me you are out of bread. But you remain open with lights on as if you have what customers are coming to purchase. How can you run a business when your staff doesn’t even bother to make sure bread is prepped and made for the customers who keeps this franchise open.. as soon as I walk in the little girls behind the counter immediately yells out “we’re out of bread” no apology for the inconvenience or anything, no sign on the door upon entrance NOTHING. They could care less and will continue to sit behind the counter on their phones. Horrible experience and I will never be back.. Manager and owner of this franchise should be ashamed no wonder your store has all these negative reviews now and you would think after the pandemic you would do everything to keep your customers happy to remain open but you clearly don’t care

-0 It's thr heavy set young girl that works there! She is VERY rude, stank attitude and act like she don't want to work! I got a sandwich made she put watered down spinach and old tomatoes on my sandwich. I didn't even eat the sandwich I brought it back the next morning and spoke to the manager! I got a refund and another sandwich. Why do she even still work there with all these horrible reviews?! She will be ghetto reason this subway lose money an go out out of business. She so rude odoms bbq wouldn't even hire her and they terrible!

Absolutely love this subway. I go there weekly as I work across the street and the service is always great. The workers are very nice, helpful and efficient. They can get really busy at times but in my experience the wait is never really long. Probably the best Subway staff and location I’ve ever experienced.

Oh I would give it a 0. Never pick up phone. I ordered through app. Time to pick up 1:15. It was now 1:45 and all 3 employees were taking care of the line. Ok acknowledge your online order line. Order was not ready so I tried to get someone’s attention no luck. Finally at 1:50 the cashier was like you can get in line!! Wait I ordered online 45 minutes ago!! I asked for refund but the young guy said he wasn’t authorized only his manager and he wasn’t there to go back today. Well no manager I can’t keep driving up there, they don’t pick up phone and they charged for an order they didn’t fulfill. First in first out on orders as they come in . Don’t ignore them and only attend the face to face ones

One person behind counter. She acted like this was last place she wanted to be. No smile. Just blah. What do you want? No other customer before or after us for a few minutes at least. I asked for philly cheese steak meat and she was quick to say they ran out...i asked her what that was in deli meat container then? She said oh! I guess we do. We sat down to eat. A doordash lady came in to pick up an order. The lady behind counter said oh! Im sorry but we dont have any of the sandwiches the customer asked for. You dont have tuna fish? Doordash lady asked "nope!" Proceeded to shake her head...mind you we were only customers there and passed through the line..there was tuna fish clear to the top of the container!!!! Doordash lady said she would call customer to see if they would exchange it..doordash lady never went up to counter to look for herself. I probably wouldnt have either trusting the person behind the counter was truthful/honest. We ate and left.
