Today is Christmas Eve and I appeared at the UPS store in Duncanville with a very large box for shipping. Three of the employees rushed to help me. These three Angel's are Joshua, Allen and Tien. I received extremely professional and friendly service which, unfortunately, is rare these days. Thank you UPS for hiring kind and caring people. Joshua, Allen and Tien are valuable for your future success! This is my forever store for shipping and office needs!

I love coming to this location as opposed to the location right across from my neighborhood in Cedar Hill. The staff is always pleasant and the service is quick and efficient! The store is also very clean and smells amazing. Danielle is always very welcoming from the moment I walk in the door and despite how busy they were this past week, she completed every task I gave with a smile on her face all while helping other employees when needed. She is the true definition of customer service.

UPS is the worst mailing company in the entire world. Today I watched the UPS driver drive up to my house and instead of placing my mail in the mailbox. He walked up to the front door and got back in his truck and left. Then I got a notification that I would have to pick my package up at this location when I called this location to see what was going on and why did the driver say he couldn’t deliver the package? They told me they don’t know and I asked them if they could look at my tracking number to see where my package is and they said they don’t have time. They have a long line. And if I wanted to try that I could come in the store lol. So instead of giving me information over the phone You now want me to come and get out of my bed to drive all the way down there just to give you tracking number because your driver wants to Fake like he delivered packages I cannot tell you how many times UPS has not delivered a package or failed to deliver it on time. I hate that companies don’t disclose who they ship with before you order something from them. I would never order from a company who uses UPS ever and it sucks that I keep getting tricked into buying stuff that ships through this provider. I try my best not to purchase anything from anywhere in the world who uses this provider I don’t care what the item is if they use UPS I do not buy it. And it sucks that I have to deal with this with certain things I pray this company goes out of business. They are all over the Internet and are very known for being the worst shipping company in the world. I hate this company with a passion. I have video footage of the driver coming up to my door on my doorbell and just walking away lol. I have been home in the kitchen the entire time No door knock No ringing the doorbell Dude just walked up to the door and walk back to his truck. It wasn’t even a large package. It was a check. Lol. Multiple times the same worker at this location improperly scanned my return, in such a way where there's no tracking number/the recipient never receives it. I called the location to try and resolve it and they said there was nothing they could do. Don't go here.

Jordan is a horrible employee! Sent there to ship a package with labels already attached. The labels that were attached were not sufficient.Jordan, told me it'll be $3.40 to print better labels. I stated that , the rate was expensive and expressed how expensive it was. As my husband was digging in his wallet sorting through dollar bills to give to him he passively aggressively asked me if I had a printer at home that I could print it on. RUDE! DOES JORDAN not know how to not escalate issues with customers or is that what he's good at? He was very stressful to deal with. I told him his question was silly because clearly he can see my husband getting ready to pay him. Awful experience. Jordan is the worst.
