Pharmacy has gone down hill so bad the last couple of years. Now when you call, you are on hold for over 10 minutes. They will pick up to stop the ringing only to put you on hold again. Called to check stock of a prescription and they didn't even bother to pretend to look, just nope, not in stock go somewhere else. In fact, everything in Duncanville is going downhill. Ready to get out of this area, no one gives a crap about doing their jobs anymore. Worthless.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars that's what it would be. They do NOT call you if there is any problem with a prescription nor when it is ready.. You have to stay on top of them for any information. I go to get insulin for them to tell me it needs a prior authorization. No one called and said anything. I've been a diabetic for 20 years but first time using this terrible pharmacy for insulin, so I was not aware.
I told them that was crazy and what if I needed the medicine right then. Do they not notify customers, Jack told me, generally they do not. I paid for another prescription and as I'm driving off, I get text notification of the prior authorization..... I'm forced to go in at this point for information. I had another insulin that was not addressed at all and then he tells me that one went through but had a cost I never had to pay.
I went there for a prescription for my child some months ago and they tried to charge me and tell me they didn't have it. I had to press them and look at that, an alternate and no charge.
I'm sorry, but they suck. It seems as if their is no urgency, no empathy and no professionalism. I shouldn't have to investigate to be given answers on a prescription.

Their customer service is lacking. They have this blurring glass on the drive thru, you have no idea who you’re speaking to. When they come to the drive thru, they don’t greet you, just “date of birth please”. I’ve talked to the head pharmacist/manager several times and nothing changes. It would be great to see who you are talking to at the drive thru and greeted properly. How can you build relationships with your locals if you can’t put a face to the name? How can you ensure you’re giving medicine to the proper person, could be someone underage in the drive thru but you wouldn’t know because of the blurry film.
UPDATE - went inside to talk to the manager and lead pharmacist again and he laughed about it. What happened to individuals taking pride in their work and how they treat their customers. Such a shame.

Just had a horrible experience with Tom Thumb. I used the coin star and the agent refuses to cash it and and referred me to another store.

I don't like this pharmacy at all place don't go before they all getting ready to close if you look like me they ignored me for so long while I'm standing in line but the continued to answer the phone plus window said im in a rush but no one ask can I help u im trying hard to keep it together.

They’re horrible. I switched from the Grand Prairie location since I moved and it’s been horrible. I’ve used them 3 times and it’s always the same excuse “we’re short staffed” and take more than 2 days to fill a prescription! I waited and went up to the pharmacy twice for thyroid medication. Same response both times “It’s not ready yet. We’re short staffed”. At this point I’d rather make the drive to the Grand Prairie location.

Surgeon's ofc called in pain pills Rx for my mom this morning. I called them at 12:20 to check status and was told it would be ready by 1:00. I got here between 1:10 and 1:15 and it is NOT ready...and pharmacist is out to lunch! Incompetent or just liars? It really ticks me off when they consider a customer's time and schedule not as important as theirs. I will be checking with my pharmacy, CVS, about pricing and may change where momma gets her prescriptions filled!

Terrible customer service. Very rude and condescending, despite my efforts to engage in a pleasant interaction. I have pulled all prescriptions and will no longer use the local pharmacy. I wish we could leave no stars.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I recently had to transfer over my prescriptions from my other pharmacy and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. My prescriptions take weeks to fulfill now. I have to constantly check as they don’t update their app as they should. I really wish they’d get it together because it would be nice to be able to get my meds where I shop for groceries.

The one who is at the checkout today at the pharmacy on November 24 is rude. For 7 minutes he didn't even want to answer a question, he says he only answers questions at 9. Irresponsible, they collect medicines for the sick there.

Not very welcoming even going in to ask about job openings. In this day and time never forget that you to was on the other side on the counter or online applying for a job. Calling didn’t help because no one answers. No good morning response. Not friendly at all.
