Ongoing unresolved LOSS of personal Property since July 2023 with personal heirlooms sold for profit by this UHaul Location in 75116 zip code. No recompense of any personal items from Unit B101, Duncanville Tx. 75116. How do I get all of these items back?!!

I got the U-Haul from there for just 5 hours and paid twice as much. Let me start off by saying the people that worked there that day were professional, other than that they rip you off hard. I got there had a vehicle with a utility dolly reserved, which they did not have, not even a regular dolly but their website said it did. Secondly the engine light was in the vehicle but I was on a timeline and had no time to go reserve at another spot. The vehicle did last me the whole 5 hours thankfully. On my way back I stopped and got gas filled it up almost all the way full, which was the same spot where they gave it to me. Returned the vehicle and hours later got charged 30$ for returning the vehicle almost empty, which was a lie. Not coming back to that location for sure.

I would like to give a special shout-out to Maya at the Cedar Ridge location for her exceptional professionalism and poise. Her attention to detail and courteous demeanor truly impressed me. She went above and beyond by ensuring that we had all the necessary amenities, including a Dolly and a lock, which made our move much easier. I have used this location for several moves, and they have consistently provided excellent service.

I came to rent a storage unit on august 3rd and The two lady’s in the store work very hard they are pleasant after I had a bad experience with another storage unit at another facility they were very understanding and very sympathetic i appreciate these lady’s very much, and would recommend using their services and they deserve a raise Keep up the good work ladies and thank you so much again.

I was informed I wasn’t going to be charged for a day if I returned the truck back by 11pm they charged me for a extra day even though I returned the truck back way before 11pm and they charged extra $19 dollar for the gas tank when i was told to fill the truck up back to where it was originally at my total went from $88 to almost $200 this is ridiculous I’m waiting to hear from someone if I knew it was going to cost this much I would of hired someone to move me rather than paying this price the movers were cheaper than the uhaul just to talk to someone you have to talk to somebody at a call center you cannot call the store directly

The trucks were damaged. The man tried to rent out a truck we’re the latch was broken. The other truck had a hole in the roof of truck. Glad it did not rain. Try repairing the trucks instead of overcharging!

The inconvenience of this is getting out of hand had to call and file a complaint 2 was ago. They continue to block my space with their extra trailers , and trucks. They don’t answer the phone all the time, they are unable to find the keys to move the trucks. At least the man came out the door and told me that he was trying to find the keys. Guess the office doesn’t have a system in place for him to tell me the customer this. Most times we have to call the office to have them move their items. I have to remind them that we pull in and out and they are not understanding. I called customer service who couldn’t reach the store manager. I would like to speak with the office regional manager as the manager in this office must can’t understand the inconvenience being caused. I’m paying but I can’t park. Does this make sense, what is the contractual agreement…. I though I paid extra to access the facility after hours

My code to the gate was never input correctly They asked that I create a 4 digit pin. Did so couldn’t access the gate after I got back with the uhaul to put my belongings in the storage. Keep in mind the storage is closed. I park the Uhual in front of the building, locked it up and left for the night. Contact them at 7:30am on 1/25/23 to learn that I needed a 6 digit pin Not 4 digit. It’s a $10 24hr access fee I wasn’t aware of. Got misled information about the storage info access times. I was refunded (which I still hadn’t received) I was denied access to enter the gate to access my unit on 1/27/23 due to non payment which this is 4 days later. When I was let in the gate my unit had a padlock on it for non payment. I’ve only been in the unit 6 days. So I get to my storage finally to get kids school clothes out for the following week, to learn I couldn’t access my belongings, I had to get the lock removed by Brandy the GM for the location. (She’s a sweetheart) It’s been a very terrible week experience I’ve had dealing with uhaul self storage. I can’t wait to exit the unit and NEVER do business with this company again.
