If you think your packages are safe there think again! I brought them my receipt with the code and they still couldn't tell me where it was. Someone lady with grass green hair was rude and apparently unknowledgable about her job said she could scan the numbers that were right there. Very unprofessional.

The customer service at this location is top-tier. I made it in right before closing and they still accepted me with a friendly smile which goes to show you that you can’t base your experience simply off reviews. Thank you to the kind staff at the duncanville location. They thoroughly explained the entire process on mailing a letter as it has been years since I’ve mailed anything off. Thank you!

USPS! By far one of the biggest SCAMS in America!! I pay $125.00 Priority for an international package. It gets there a MONTH later and USPS don’t think I need to be refunded some money?!? Make it make sense????? Really sick of the stupidity of companies let along the government!

They Closed the location early 4/05/2025. Claimed that the “internet was down”. This was the last opportunity that I had to send off a package on time and since they didn’t want to help any more customers, I couldn’t send my package. All she had to do was give me tape so that I can tape a box and put it in the dropbox and she wouldn’t even do that

I’ve never encountered such a kind and welcoming clerk as Mrs. Sanders. I can’t recall her first name, but I know it started with a “D.” I live in DeSoto, but the Duncanville location has now become my favorite post office because of her. The exceptional treatment I received was truly a breath of fresh air. Mrs. Sanders deserves a raise!

Not the fault of the people at the counter but found this out the hard way: “Out for delivery” on the status of your package, is only a computer generated message about what SHOULD happen that day and is in no way created by someone scanning/loading your package onto the truck despite it having a timestamp. Turns out several of the status messages that you see on the website are like this and only the USPS people can see what is an actual scan and what isn’t. My package was “out for delivery” yesterday but never showed despite regular mail being delivered. When I asked today at the post office they couldn’t find it there either and their answer was that it was probably just left on the truck and may be delivered today or Monday. But because they don’t scan it out for delivery they actually have no idea where it is.

For several months, the post office has complained about vehicles and been holding or sending mail back. They do not want people parking their vehicles within 30 feet of the mailboxes, and also, they said no parking at all. I am unsure of the laws or rules that were in place when the homes were built in the 1980s. Several of us are disabled veterans. Today, I was expecting a letter from the hospital regarding an upcoming surgery and other medical procedures. If the post office is unwilling to deliver the mail, perhaps Congress should consider privatizing the postal service and awarding a contract to a reliable company like FedEx or UPS. I believe they would provide better service.

I went in to ship off some packages I had the labels already placed on the box I just did not have tape, I asked the clerk could should tape the box for me and she told me she did not have any tape only the one for purchase when I bought the tape it was taking a while to peel off so than she walked to the back and got the the tape that they “didn’t have “ to tape my box ! While I just paid for some 4$ tape … crazy

I am CONSTANTLY receiving the wrong mail in my mailbox!! I always take the mail to the correct address, but I know that if I’m getting the wrong mail all the time then my mail is going to different addresses also. I have had several things that I have not received. This is unacceptable!! Maybe if he stays off of his phone he could be more efficient!!
