I went in to ship off some packages I had the labels already placed on the box I just did not have tape, I asked the clerk could should tape the box for me and she told me she did not have any tape only the one for purchase when I bought the tape it was taking a while to peel off so than she walked to the back and got the the tape that they “didn’t have “ to tape my box ! While I just paid for some 4$ tape … crazy

I am CONSTANTLY receiving the wrong mail in my mailbox!! I always take the mail to the correct address, but I know that if I’m getting the wrong mail all the time then my mail is going to different addresses also. I have had several things that I have not received. This is unacceptable!! Maybe if he stays off of his phone he could be more efficient!!

If there’s a line, it’s typically long so be prepared for a short wait. The clerks do their very best to keep the line moving while providing exceptional customer service. I stopped in to check my PO Box before normal business hours and ran into a problem. Ms. Minnie was moving through her morning but took the time to assist me. She was very helpful and kind. Even though the post office was closed, she was willing to provide useful information that would help with my issue. That was very commendable and what I deem worthy of 5-stars!

Facility needs to fix their parcel drop off latch inside of their building. Often gets stuck close and I have to come back another day when it's fixed.

Nina scanned a different label on the receipt than she put on the box. The shipment didn't get delivered the next day as it was guaranteed, but since she used a different label on the actual box, the tracking on the receipt doesn't show delivered and therefore we don't get $75 back for not fulfilling their obligation. I went there 5 times to get this resolved, while I was there, I witnessed her sending customers away because she doesn't know how to do that and told them to come back Monday. She couldn't help me either and had me come back several times. The postmaster is telling me I need to wait for the package on the receipt to show scanned delivered, how is it going to show delivered, if it was only one single package and it was already delivered under a different tracking number? The postmaster, has zero customer service skills and walks away ignoring customers, for that alone anyone working for a different company would be fired. Nina needs to learn how to do her job as she's either not capable of simply (you'd think it's simple enough for someone to do) placing the correct label with the correct tracking number on the receipt she gives out, or she's trying to scam customers on purpose. The postmaster needs a serious reset to her attitude towards customers by someone above her and maybe find another job where she doesn't have to provide customer service, as she clearly has no idea what that means.

Lock me out my own po box didn't get a notice saying renewal or even a final notice saying time to renew just lock out I have my important mail coming here I pay for a po box so nobody can tamper with my mail instead I get lock out now I have to go to the post office 1st thing in the morning and listen to them lie and say we'll we sent it out an didn't send anything I been having the same po box for 6 years now all the sudden I don't get my mail on time an now my key doesn't work out of 6yrs is a long time never missed a payment an always on time an sometimes early before the due date of the payment and paid in full an card never Declines 6yrs is a long time now all these sudden I'm lock out without notice an my mail is still coming there hmmmm make that make sense why would I stop being faithful now an I been on Time every time for 6yrs

Deliveries requiring a signature are never left at the house there is ALWAYS someone at the house but this place never knocks, rings the doorbell. I have a camera at the front door and it always shows usps just putting the note instead of ever attempting to make the delivery. This courier already had the notice in her hand before she even tried knocking or using the doorbell. I get notifications if someone goes to the door or uses the bell so I always catch them in the act.

EVERYTIME I'm waiting at home for a package from usps its an issue(I work from home) I received a text from Amazon that USPS attempted to deliver but could not access. Why not ring the door bell? I have a ring camera at front door & a camera on patio.. NO ONE CAME. Everytime they don't want to deliver, they say they attempted delivery.. LIES..When we look at our security cameras USPS was not even here. Then I call there, they say package was too heavy "2 fans"?. Then tell me I can pick up later..No I paid for DELIVERY not to pickup.....

Some one is stealing at this post office,everythime we have a check coming through the mail it's shows that it's coming but we never receive it, you make a report stating it never came, but you never hear from them,it's just a lost cause, I'm trying to work on reporting this post office because it seems like they do not care,this needs to be known,my daughter has cancer an money is being sent from the cancer society but we never received it,my grandkids gets money sent for them for there birthday, never received it,it shows but that's it,an if you're mail looks like money in it it's halfway open
