So I went in today got what I needed and came home to find out my card had been charged twice. I went up there and even though he wasn't seeing a second charge on their end I showed him my bank account and you could clearly see there was two charges. He told me it should go back on there in a couple of days well I needed the money today I have a bill to pay. So yhey refunded the money...however, I went to go pay my bill that was due only to find out there wasn't enough money in my account. I looked and there was a third charge put on my account. So now I owe extra money on the bill I was supposed to pay because of the extra charges caused by this place. This is absolutely a horrible way to do business.
Edit: the two extra charges were relased today but that still doesn't help with the bill that because of their not one but two extra charges cause me to have to pay a reconnect fee and all of that. So I would still nit recommend this place to anyone especially if you are using a card
