This is easily the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been in. The customer service is beyond awful. They refused to let me into my mother's safe deposit box after her death even though I had a key and a court order. Then after being told we would not be coming back to try to get in, they continued to send fee statements for the safe deposit box for months. They are still sending them even now - many months after we told them we would not be dealing with them any further. The manager, Curtis, refused to remedy the situation even after involving the national customer service representatives. They made a bad situation way worse and more difficult. As a 20 year customer of (other branches of) Wells Fargo, this branch is one I will avoid at all costs!

This is the worst Wells Fargo location I've ever been to and also the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've had horrible customer service from each role at this branch. From a teller, service manager, banker and their branch manager. Each time has been a bad experience. The only transactions that I've done at this branch included a drive through deposit and a debit card replacement. I will not visit this branch again. My next step will be to contact their District Manager. This is very disappointing.
