I came here to buy a part for my car, and Joe was not a nice person whatsoever. No customer service skills at all. I simply asked if this part helps with my headlight, and he said, “I don’t know. I’m not a mechanic.” I said, “Oh, I thought most people that work at auto part shops knew something about cars or the parts.” He said, “I’m not a mechanic, I don’t know about electronics. If I was a mechanic I wouldn’t be working here.” RUDE!I’ll be going to AutoZone or O’Reilly from now on. I came here because it’s near my workplace, but never again. Joe is not helpful to new customers whatsoever. I don’t even think he gave me the right name, but he said his name is Joe even though my receipt says Jesus Saldana. Anyway, the guy’s attitude was absolutely terrible. Sometimes it’s not even what you say, it’s how you say it.

They are more for shops than for walk ins but they had what I needed it is more for will call orders. Very helpful and friendly people.

Customer Service is horrible , I walked in and said good morning nobody spoke back . The guy was on the phone with a customer so I just stood right there until somebody acknowledged me . I then proceeded to say do I go here or here cause they were just like zombies in there and then didn’t even have the part when I had already called 20 mins before . If you didn’t want to come in call in health is important but don’t make everybody else day bad with your bad aura . I hope I don’t ever need nothing else here .
