Grateful & appreciative to be a veteran with access to base exchanges & commissaries worldwide. This particular one is medium sized compared to the BX located on Ramstein Ab, Germany or Camp Humphreys, USAG in South Korea which are huge, in fact the biggest I’ve ever seen in my career. They keep me attached to the military community. They help me save money. I’m grateful for the management and employees who keep them running for the military & veteran families.

Yesterday I went to see if Dyess had PT shorts, and Briana was there restocking the military clothing section! She made sure I got PT clothes that fit wonderfully! I know she's a temp manager, but she should stay there!

Please remove the prescription kiosk out of the Bx if the Bx is going to close at 1800. This is barely more helpful than the actual base pharmacy hours.

Please update your website. Trying to use the Home Depot. The system keep saying “there’s no default address in your exchange” which I keep selecting Dyess Exchange. NOT A USER FRIENDLY WEBSITE. WILL GO TO LOWES AND PURCHASE KITCHEN APPLIANCES INSTEAD.
Update: No, will not call your customer service. No need. Your tech support will need to update your website.

Not what it was years back, only few stores open and for food only 3 not much to get there. Sad to see an installation with nothing much to offer.

The staff is nice and courteous but clothing for uniforms never have stock and you end up waiting months to a year to receive ordered uniform items.

There were almost no customers and less employees. I needed help in the jewelry dept. to get the case for a pair of sunglasses I wanted to buy. Asked an employee in another dept if there was anyone in the jewelry dept. Long story short, after she tried twice to find the employee and my wait of nearly 25 minutes, she finally found keys and helped me. My son, stationed at Dyess, told me that the prices are no longer as good as they were when I was active duty 1977-1983. Served in the Guard 2004-2018 and found BX's to still be wonderful blessings. Not sure what happened, but Dyess BX was a disappointment.
