Very unprofessional. In front of other customers Lucy kept telling me relax relax. Over and over. Finally I told her I am relaxed don’t think I can get more relax. She looked at me shook her head and said oh your hands so heavy make my neck and shoulders hurt. The irony is I am a skinny girl and to say hands so heavy make my neck and shoulders hurt. That was distasteful to say especially in front of other customers
Very obvious she has her favorites I was told but had to see for myself. Hurtful.

This place doesn't deserve any stars! They're very prejudice. The whole time I was there they treated me very bad. Talking about me in their language and price gouged me saying that I need to get my feet done more often. They need to be shut down. The white clients that were there were treated with respect. The owner done my nails kept getting up checking on her dog that was in the back then she kept getting up making appointments for other people and was just plain rude. They're very disrespectful and needs to be shut down! My nails are uneven the lady didn't even clip my toenails. When I asked her about it she got up and started on another lady hangs which was a white lady. I pay my money just like everyone else does. SMH I hope there's something that can be done about this shop. Straight trash!

No stars. This place needs to be shut down. They're very rude to people of color and they price gouge. They talk about you while they're looking at you. Very unprofessional. The lady kept getting up checking on a dog she had in the back. She come back and did a nail then got up and started making appointments. I'm like nobody else was getting this treatment but me. They're sad. You can't treat people like that. Sad individuals.

For all you black customers this particular establishment has a very low opinion of you. I heard them mention in Vietnamese that the black women are nasty and don't wash there faces. I just cant bring myself to spend money with people that don't appreciate their customers!

Best pedicure from Eagle Lake to Belville. Also a lot of great services that agent even listed, ask your favorite nail tech about all the additional low cost services.

My nails are beautiful but I didn't like the pedicure wasn't what I was use too he didn't cut the side of the nails good & now my toe hurts like crazy..I also got eyebrows clean up & waxed and that was good as well.

Very accommodating, everytime. When I call their able to work me in. Clean and not usually over crowded. I always get a pedicure and they do a good job.
