The rudest bank tellers I’ve ever encountered… I’ve attempted twice to open an account and both times the women(2 in particular) were rude and very unfriendly… I will never have an account there… I know they don’t care but I just had to say it… I’m just so shocked they have the jobs they do with their horrible attitudes .. they want us to support our hometown but how when most are like this … no one to answer to.. it goes unsaid or no consequences because it’s always someone’s aunt , uncle, sister or 22nd cousin!!!

And they’re not even open on the weekend Friday 619 go to the grocery store and the pharmacy to get groceries and medicine. They lock my card and cannot use it the rest of the weekend because they’re closed on Saturday so I have to wait till Monday. this is account that should not they should’ve called me. They don’t have a 24 hour service person, sorry bank one star cause I had to leave a freaking post

Went in to get a roll of quarters so I could wash my truck. They will not let you exchange a $10 bill for a roll without an account there. What a crock!
