dishonest business practices, almost feels like you’re bothering the employees for asking them questions. promises 700 on a trade in when it was realized for 350. like always in this town i would just go to san antonio if you want anyone who cares about their service or their customers.

Just don’t like the prices of the payments to jump up and down. Went with them cus they had better service which is the true but the hidden payments going to finish paying for the phone and going back to cricket

They hardly ever answer the phone when calling the store. Almost like no one wants to answer the phone.

I rate my visit a 4. I had to wait over 30 minutes to be assisted. The store had 2 employees working. The young man that attended me the as very professional and helpful.

Poor selection of products. Went several times for a product, staff kept saying come by tomorrow. I would go or call and they would say, "We didn't get a shipment in." Had to go to Uvalde for decent help.

I came into this store 4 times and was given the run around about how to fix the issue I was having 3 of those times. Each time the solution was "call this number as we can't do anything until then". On the 4th time I was lucky enough to have Esmeralda helping me, who gave me actual advice on what to do after me struggling with this issue since late September. She was kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. If you go into this store, request her, and if she isn't the one running this store, she should be. As a business owner myself, it is easy to spot quality employees, and this AT&T probably wouldn't have nearly as much business without her.

Horrible service. The employees laugh at customers. They kept telling us “there’s no way to do that there’s no way to do that” I easily called customer service and had my issue fixed in 10 minutes. These kids just don’t want to work. They’re sitting around on their phones with their hands up their butts.

Came in for an upgrade with trade in. Noe was very helpful in picking out a new phone and accessories. After paying for everything, mid transaction somebody told him he had to clock out, thus leaving me to finish my own phone setup. The remaining four just sat at a table on their phones without seeing if I needed assistance. One of the items purchased being a screen protector, the guy who took over after I sought him out said they didn't know how to install them, and I would have to go to a mobile center to do it. He says I'll have to pay for my items. I reminded him I already paid. He then says "okay all set have a good day." Ahemm.. my trade in Sir. He asks me to do the factory reset before he can start the process. I wipe it clean, and then he refused my trade in because of a manufacturing defect on the screen. So I had to go across town to a mobile shop to repair my old phone out of pocket to hopefully get my trade in honored. The guy who finished my transaction acted like he didn't care, and knew little to nothing about anything regarding their products. The trade in process makes no sense. Lastly, maybe make sure the phone can be traded in before wiping it clean. Will tell people to steer clear of this store.
