The lady Isabel is very incompetent!! My husband has gone several occasions and has had the bad luck to be serviced by this lady . If she does not know about the part or accessories she simply tells you AutoZone does not carry the brand, or gives you the wrong parts. For example a simple oil filter or fog light in my case", But she speaks in a way like she knows it all when in fact is ignorant.If you go there ask for another associate because you'll loose money, and time. One can't ask to speak to a manager because she is the good one like the other employee said ?I was like ?

Ordered a fuel pump twice for a 2008 dodge Durango 1st time a part was broken and missing the o ring, reordered again should’ve been a 2 day wait turned into a week wait and AGAIN NO O-RING, and re ordered the 3rd time and hopefully everything is fine. Just frustrating.

Been here for over an hour trying to return a core to get my refund and due to employee error I cannot get my refund, they won't give me the cash, they cannot refund my card, they cannot tell me how much longer their help desk will take to resolve their issue and they want me to come back tomorrow. Why would I have to wait so long for employee error? Three of their registers are unable to accept cards so they keep having the same error with multiple customer. This is by far the worst experience I've received anywhere.

I called to see if they had tape to tape a sign on my car, the guy said yes. I show up and ask them about the tape and it's like they have no idea what I'm talking about. The girl just said, all the tapes are on aisle 5. Ok, well thanks for no help at all!
