“Was looking for some women’s wrangler’s since I couldn’t find any in town in my size. Decided to give Danny’s western wear a call just to verify that they did have some in stock and in my size. They did! Fast forward to today. Got in the store was immediately greeted and as I was trying to find the women’s section to which I was helped by a young gentleman. He got it me over to the rack that had the wranglers and asked what size I was looking for. To be completely honest, I didn’t know what size I was looking for. This was my first pair of Wranglers, and the gentleman provided me with the knowledge on how the sizing works.. first size being my waist followed length. I took a guess, but I guess what’s wrong. The gentlemen did not leave and helped me look for other potential size. Eventually we had to make it a group to which another young man joined the effort to look for other sizes that might be my fit. Well, we didn’t give up after 3 try on we found my size and in a beautiful dark blue color. The fit was perfect and very flattering. No doubt in my mind and I took them! I hate shopping in person, but this experience was so simple, smooth and fast. I didn’t have to put much effort into it, which made it all the more great for me. Not only did I get the pants that I want it but I was in and out within 25 minutes. Thank you to all the staff from my first experience with the cashier answering my question the day before to the gentlemen that assisted with my shopping experience! And as for someone that works in a customer service call center I have to say this is the best customer service in town that I’ve experienced by far. Recommend 110%!!!”
