About Cinemark Mall de Las Aguilas
Cinemark Mall de Las Aguilas is a decent and very clean theater. It has nice, plush, and comfortable seats, though some note they are not the reclining type and could be updated. The staff is great, friendly, and helpful. The popcorn is great and yummy. Some feel the theater needs an upgrade, mentioning better speakers, more snack options, and issues with air conditioning not working. The movie club membership could have more perks. Overall, it provides a good movie experience.

I had a really bad day and ended up missing my viewing ? when I got there and explained to the cashier so understood and replaced my tickets for me. She even gave a replacement for my snacks. The website said I couldn’t do that but she did it for me ? Honestly I’m so happy they did this for me.

Very Clean Great staff I had a problem with my gift card and the Manager quickly resolved it. I think the manager name was Carla. I've had the same problem in San Antonio and the Manager was a real jerk
