Red haired lady sparkles lookin worker also short she is rude to everyone. Talks back to everyone. She got no name tag so I don’t know her name but damn fire this lady she’s such a rude person. Looks like ash Trevino btw. She didn’t let us in the movies while we had a parent.

Lousy service in cinemark eagle pass tx I have gone several times and never have hot dogs available,they should take that sign off.Today I went to see a movie only one worker for tickets,snack bar and tell you where is your seat.she was doing everything by herself.guess we need another movie place so they can put more attention to their business.I am thinking instead rent the movie at home buy my own popcorn and make my own hot dogs rather than go back again

Way too hot and sticky inside the theaters. Midway through the movie I’m already counting down the minutes until I can get out to the much fresher air of the mall. FIX YOUR A/C.

I had a really bad day and ended up missing my viewing ? when I got there and explained to the cashier so understood and replaced my tickets for me. She even gave a replacement for my snacks. The website said I couldn’t do that but she did it for me ? Honestly I’m so happy they did this for me.

The theater is fairly good for an old theater, seats need upgrading. When we sat down the arm rest had butter all over it and wasn't cleaned, it was a nasty feeling on my arm. Sound quality was alright but really could use some upgrades, the place has seen better days. Service was friendly enough, just an old theater with old facilities.

Been awhile since we've been back to town and 1st off coming inside it looked more run down. Went to the concession and everything we wanted was out. They didn't even have bottled water in stock. No butter for popcorn. 2 of the seats were broken. Do better cinematic. This place turned to trash

They need to step it up a bit.
Broken seats, sticky floors, no cups for drinks available. I’ve only been here a few times and every time is something. Movies and sound are great.

Great staff
I had a problem with my gift card and the Manager quickly resolved it. I think the manager name was Carla.
I've had the same problem in San Antonio and the Manager was a real jerk

Wish they had a sigh with times of opening. I went and all the doors were closed, I had no clue when they opened.
