Figured I would give another Western store a try being on a trip instead of Boot Barn, and was disappointed with Boot Corral. Spent $500+ on one pair of boots and tried in store and felt good for the first 5-10mins so I walked out with them. Had a 40 min drive home and had to drive with my left boot off since it was pretty numb, so figured I go back the next day to exchange since the receipt said I have 30 days, and tried and they told me i wasn’t allowed to return or exchange them since I walked out with them and said they fit well. So now I have $500 pair of boots that hurt when used. I should’ve just gone to Boot Barn and supported them instead!!! Wish I could give 0/5 stars for this place but not able to!! I’m not mad, but just disappointed!!!

Marco helped me thru my purchase I made a mistake by putting pick up order instead of delivery I stay In Dallas TX gave them a call and explained to them my mistake they immediately helped me thru and just received my boots yesterday Marco if you see this thank you for your help will for sure buy again from Cowboy Corral Inc.

If you're in the need for some cowboy attire, this is a good place to go.They've got a good assortment of hats, belts, shirts, caps, jeans, etc. I went in because I needed a new belt.The prices seem a bit high if you're used to getting your clothes at a discount store, however it's still very accessible.The leather belt that I purchased seems to be of good quality and was thirty dollars.The store itself is well kept and clean. They have so many items that the aisles are a bit too close to each other.It was a bit awkward while shopping as they have a person keeping an eye for shoplifters, people working in the back, two people at the register when only one is needed and the place wasn't busy.Overall a good place to get some western wear attire and accessories.
