Our young male probably 17 yrs old cashier was nervous due to manager hovering over him making him think he is doing the order wrong. When he was doing it right. We were ordering with him while the manager was taking care of another guest. when I was looking at the menu she felt like taking over and was being rude and asking me what size I wanted when I was think and she kept repeating what size all rude!!! The male cashier looked so scared when she came over to hover him. That’s when you know that’s bad management! Paty Sanchez was the name on her uniform!!

According to old Ludivina, she is the very poorly educated manager with always a dog's face. I asked him for tuallitas and he only gave me 2 and there were 5 of us. It's always good food

Ordering through drive thru is a very hostile experience every time. They don't greet you nor welcome you. They answer with a very rude, "Can I help you." They post products they don't receive ever like the Velvet Cake blizzard for Valentine's. They never got it nor took down the advertisement. They leave the ice cream to melt by the window. There's no friendliness. Customer service is slowly dying.Parking: Lot is usually packed with parked cars waiting on their drive thru food orders. Getting in and out is difficult.

I’ve been to many restaurants. Some good and some bad…… yet Dairy Queen Eagle Pass made the bad restaurants look like they have 5-star ratings. Dairy Queen Eagle Pass failed to deliver proper customer service. When I went inside, I felt neglected. I was waiting at the front counter to order some ice cream…… 5 minutes it took for an employee to come and take my order. Once I got my ice cream, it was melted. I asked the manager known as Patty Sanchez if I could get another blizzard, and she dared raise her voice and yell at me. All I wanted was a damn blizzard!!!!!!! I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of this place, but there are none. This place is horrendous. -100/10

Went to have dinner with my parents one day. She ordered bacon cheeseburger. When she got her order, no bacon. She took it back to get it fixed. When she got it back, still no bacon. My dad went to take it for her to get it fixed again. When it was returned, STILL no bacon. We were all almost finished with our meals and my mom still hadn’t even taken a bite. Frustrated, she said to leave it alone. Me, angry because my mom hadn’t eaten all day and can’t get up regularly to return the burger over and over because she is handicapped and the fact that bacon costs extra, got her burger and complained to the cook in the back that it was the third time it was incorrect. Miraculously, they sent it back correctly. And I made sure to stand there to make sure it was done correctly and not spit at. Ridiculous

Took my mom to get some tenders she had been craving, window cashier was rude, he got our order wrong but we didn’t see until we got home. Called in to let them know and the lady in charge said you can bring the food back or there is nothing we can do, as if it was our fault we got the wrong meal. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible my grandma went to the drive thru she asked for a number one with cheese and no mustard sub with mayo and they gave her mustard and only lettuce on the burger and when they went to go tell the cashier she told them that it was going to be charged extra for everything when I known because I work a Dairy Queen too that the only this that has to be charge is the cheese but she ask for it so that’s the cashier problem but anyways they where trying to charge her for the mayo lettuce, tomato, onion something that a burger come with just bad customer service.

Cashier was smoking at the cash register and was rude. The young lady who came to give us our tray of food tossed it on our table and spilled over the fries on the table. This place is terrible.

A one star is not even what this place deserves. Arrived to eat inside. No one ever came to the counter to take our order, no they were not busy. No customers at all
