Went to get an alignment didn’t get aligned right .. still turns to the left . Sad thing is I’m out of town 6days a week so .. if you need an alignment I don’t recommend them . Go to Goodyear or diamond cheaper and get the work done right

The staff was wonderful! I had problems with my rental car from Avis, and they helped me twice. One time, they fixed a bad tire so I could make it home safely. Thank you so much for your kindness and for truly caring about people.

I recently got a new set of tires at Discount Tire and had a pretty good experience. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable, helping me pick out the right tires for my car without any pushy upsells. The pricing was competitive. My only issue was the wait time, which was a bit longer than estimated, even with an appointment. Nothing major, but it meant I was there for a while. Still, the quality of work seemed pretty good, and I appreciate the customer service. I'd definitely recommend them if you have time to wait, just be prepared for a potential longer than expected.

I love this place and will always recommend it to buy tires and wheels from cause of their warranty and prices. The only thing that annoys me is I have spacers on my truck and got told originally my lug nuts wouldn’t torque to spec per their policy because I have spacers on so I ended up switching them out for different ones and my last tire/wheel rotation they said the new ones were fine and they torqued to spec, however I just had my tire repaired and they took my spacer off and said they weren’t able to put it back on because “it would fall off” so now I have to jack up my truck again and put the spacer back on. This is the only shop that tells me this, I’ve been other discount tires and they never said anything. Someone has to make up their mind cause it gets annoying being told different things each time I come. NOTE I have to have spacers for my lift kit to work.
