My mom went by around 3 months ago to have her battery replaced. They sold her a generic battery which they told her was new. We know they don’t sell Apple batteries. Ever since the battery change, her phone battery died quickly and her phone overheated. She thought I might be the phone. She came to visit to my home town and I took her phone to the shop AT&T uses for repairs. To our surprise, the technician told us G Wireless sold my mom a used battery. They just covered the old used Apple battery’s logo with black electric tape. They took advantage of mom inexperienced with phones to sell her a used old Apple battery for $60. These people are crooks. Beware of who you trust your phones I wouldn’t doubt they would steal parts from phones once opened.
