Takes way too long for them to answer the phone. There should be at least 2 or 3 dedicated persons to deal with phone orders and customer/ support.

Pharmacy is not taking calls! I have tried to get through for a couple of hours as a favor for a friend. My friend, who is very ill, has been trying to speak with HEB's pharmacist to see if they can give her the meds sooner. My friend is sick and stressed over her situation. I am recommending she start having her doctor send prescriptions to Walgreens or Walmart instead.

Most of the pharmacy techs are incompetent. No one ever answers the phone and they never have prescriptions ready on time. Then after waiting x amount of time, they let you know they don't have your medication available. I encourage anyone who has issues to complain on the HEB website under CONTACT Us. File a complaint cause that's what i had to do and Corp. responded immediately. For the first time ever, the pharmacy called ME to apologize and to let me know my meds were ready.

I have now spent almost an hour on and off trying to connect to the pharmacy. I called the store phone number and they told me there was nothing they could do about them not answering soon. The last tile i did speak to someone on the phone at the pharmacy, she was rude and impatient.

It’s ridiculous how this pharmacy never answers the phone I’ve been calling since yesterday 03/20. When I called in the morning my call was answered but the pharmacy tech was not very knowledgeable she contradicted herself. She told to call back at 12 to see if the medicine would be ready then she stated that they would have ready in two days. When asked which one would it be she to call back at 12 or just wait for those two days she just kept repeating herself. In the afternoon I called again to speak to someone that could help me better, been calling since then and again this morning. The phone just rings no voicemail where I could leave a message , I’ve waited more than 15 minutes; at least answer the phone and say you’re busy or something. This is so frustrating.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First time using this pharmacy and it will be the last. I got a call from the pharmacy stating my prescription was ready for pick up. After waiting 45 minutes in line since there was only 1 woker for drive thru and counter.I get to the counter and they tell me the medication is not ready and it will be another hour!! So frustrating I live on the other side of town, why was I called if it wasn't ready? Do not come here they will waste your time.

They no longer answer the phone. Some of my meds were not ready as promised. I had to wait a week and went to the Dr. To get my meds. He advised he has received many complaints. I will have to go elsewhere.

After today I will NO LONGER go with HEB Pharmacy for my prescriptions and recommend others to go elsewhere to avoid the hassle of dealing with them. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE I tried to pre-pay my prescription to pick them up the phone rang for 30 Min. so I hung up. They have all these people there and not one of them will pick up the phone poor customer service and poor management leadership they need to change that. Next time I'll just go to Walmart.

Wow! Just got hung up on at this H‑E‑B Pharmacy after I tried calling to ask for the status of my prescription. The phone just rang and rang only to be hung up on. This is ridiculous. HEB was once known for its excellent customer service but I guess not at this pharmacy.

I remember when I worked for HEB back in the early nineties it was Always customer First and always Friendly with customers,Now this New Generation is just Bad,Not even a good Morning????♂️
