It’s ridiculous how this pharmacy never answers the phone I’ve been calling since yesterday 03/20. When I called in the morning my call was answered but the pharmacy tech was not very knowledgeable she contradicted herself. She told to call back at 12 to see if the medicine would be ready then she stated that they would have ready in two days. When asked which one would it be she to call back at 12 or just wait for those two days she just kept repeating herself. In the afternoon I called again to speak to someone that could help me better, been calling since then and again this morning. The phone just rings no voicemail where I could leave a message , I’ve waited more than 15 minutes; at least answer the phone and say you’re busy or something. This is so frustrating.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First time using this pharmacy and it will be the last. I got a call from the pharmacy stating my prescription was ready for pick up. After waiting 45 minutes in line since there was only 1 woker for drive thru and counter.I get to the counter and they tell me the medication is not ready and it will be another hour!! So frustrating I live on the other side of town, why was I called if it wasn't ready? Do not come here they will waste your time.

They no longer answer the phone. Some of my meds were not ready as promised. I had to wait a week and went to the Dr. To get my meds. He advised he has received many complaints. I will have to go elsewhere.

After today I will NO LONGER go with HEB Pharmacy for my prescriptions and recommend others to go elsewhere to avoid the hassle of dealing with them. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE I tried to pre-pay my prescription to pick them up the phone rang for 30 Min. so I hung up. They have all these people there and not one of them will pick up the phone poor customer service and poor management leadership they need to change that. Next time I'll just go to Walmart.

Wow! Just got hung up on at this H‑E‑B Pharmacy after I tried calling to ask for the status of my prescription. The phone just rang and rang only to be hung up on. This is ridiculous. HEB was once known for its excellent customer service but I guess not at this pharmacy.

I remember when I worked for HEB back in the early nineties it was Always customer First and always Friendly with customers,Now this New Generation is just Bad,Not even a good Morning????♂️

Save your time and money and just go else where. You’d have a better chance driving to del rio before these people ever will assist you. Everyone in this establishment needs to be laid off and honestly need to return any paycheck ever received… I have been all over texas these people are by far the laziest staff I have ever encountered in my life. Never pick up the phone, never have prescriptions filled in a timely manner or completed when they claim, lose items, and move so slow. These employees are essentially just stealing money from their employer at this point.

Very rude inept employees after they mess up and give you false information they get annoyed with the customer doing something they themselves told them to do and then respond in a rude way. We were barely starting to consider using heb pharmacy and wanted to know how to go around in doing so as first time clients but not anymore we are taking our business elsewhere

They’re good. I’ve lived in several diff cities and used several pharmacies the one in EP is pretty reliable. They also always help my elderly dad w his meds.

There is a pandemic going on and they closed the drive thru down now you have to look for parking park go inside the lobby is always full because for some reason it always takes a long time not very happy with the service
