Horrible customer service experience. Tellers were huddled gossiping when I walked in. I was not greeted with the proper greeting of the day. I walked up and explained my situation and they turned me to a CSR on a desk. I handed her my ID and information packet and she kept asking the same question and was condescending. She was rude when I asked to get a card printed and stated their machine was down and told me to go to H-E-B. I told her that was the same excuse my local branch gave me and she didn't even make eye contact and just said " Is there anything else I can help you with" wit's a snobbish look on her face. I walked out! Ridiculous. And I'm trying to switch to IBC but it seems like I rather choose another bank.
