Horrible experience. Waited 30-40 minutes in a line of 5 people because there was only one teller and a new procedure for approval of transactions. Another ibc employee showed up, signed in on the computer in the back office and proceeded to text on her phone for the next ten minutes. She caught me staring at her on her phone and started shuffling paper around on the corner of her desk where she could face away from me and cover what she was doing with her back.
