The lady at the register yelled at me and my daughter to put our masks on. We have no problem complying with the gas stations rules but there was no form of respect. We are from out of town and came to use the restroom, this type of behavior is very rude and disrespectful. Terrible customer service and as we walked out of the store the lady told us to not come back… despite not living in eagle pass we were given no respect or decency from the staff. Do better.

Screaming across the store for us to put a mask on. There’s no issue with complying with their rules but we came from a different city and had no idea about this rule. I found it to be really disrespectful and felt as if I’m being treated as a fugitive. Fix this.

At the time of this review.. The Kickapoo nation is still requiring masks.. I walked in and saw no masks available, so I went straight to the bathroom. Came out and grabbed a drink. Put it on the counter before being told masks are required. I told the teller that they needed to be visible upon entering. As they have them to one side of the door, and a bit hidden. Teller said he was refusing my transaction because I Wasn't wearing a mask and he had already called the police. I went back to the bathroom to notify my friend. Waited for my friend to leave the bathroom before walking out the door. Which is when Tribal police showed up. The officer attempted to block me from leaving. AT NO TIME prior to the teller calling the police was I asked to leave. MASKS are not Required by CDC or the federal government.. Thanks to Okla vs Migurt... Tribal lands are governed by Federal Law.. There is no Federal law that requires MASKS. get with the program.

Self-served & capped off fuel tank before returning to San Antonio. Could have waited to fill up since gas prices in this area are generally $.10 +/- higher than where we live. Today's price per gallon was $2.099. This Kickapoo corner store/station is conveniently located for anyone going to or coming from the Indian Casino or travellers heading toward El Indio or Eagle Pass on Hwy 1021.
