Went to store to buy a vanity was in the store for more than half an hour could not get anyone to assist me went to the front desk twice and they said they were going to send an associate to assist me waisted more time and nobody showed up to assist me

Today 5/5/2024 my husband and I bought chain link fence and a few plants at your Lowe's Eagle Pass store , I asked a young gentleman for a basket for my plants because it started pouring rain and he said they didn't have any didn't even bother look for one. Then when we went to pay, there were people waiting for the rain to slow down and when the time came to load their stuff the same young man was just looking at them , not once did he try to help.
I also asked the outdoor cashier if they had any magnolia trees left and she said I don't know, didn't even bother to check.
When my husband was loading our merchandise the same young man was there laughing with the cashiers, NO help at all, Very dissatisfied with the service, I didn't get any names but he was very young and obviously not trained well in customer satisfaction, not even the cashiers offered a plastic cover or something to help the customers , they were laughing at the people getting wet.

Stocking and placement of merchandise needs to be reviewed. Items are sometimes not where they are supposed to be.

Waited around half hour for assistance on wire conduit covers asked for help multiple times and nobody assisted me.The cashier voice called person in charge and never appeared. Bought my materials at McCoys.
