Their delivery service is unacceptable. They do not deliver the day they commit to. Then, when you follow up, they transfer your call, leave you on hold for more than an hour. Unprofessional, poor customer service at this Eagle Pass location. If you want to save yourself time and aggravation just pick up your order or be prepared to be wait until they're good and ready to bring your order and be on hold for a long period.

Nice store, you just have to be OK with finding it yourself. Staff need better training or better management. Store was clean and well organized.

When you buy a large appliance, in my case an LG dryer, Lowe's does not disclose to you that you only have a 48 hour window to return the item. I waited 72 hours before trying the brand new LG dryer. I was greeted with a loud thrashing noise and the LG dryer shut off within 2 seconds.They told me afterward that their are 2 exceptions: 1. pay with a Lowe's credit card and you have 60 days and 2. purchase their protection plan. Again something they do not tell you at time of purchase.

Ordered a battery through the app all I had to do was pick it up thought I would get it at a reasonable time wait cause I had to go to work they had me sitting for about half an hour waiting for them so now I have to come during my break or another time

The cashier was polite on the self service area.The employee named Juan at gardening was not very helpful at all. Didn't seem to care when we asked him for assistance. Mumbling something we could not understand. Not pleasant experience there. We also asked another employee for an item she said she had no idea what we were talking about

Ms Niomi was amazing in Pro. So was Ms Nahida. They really went above and beyond to ensure my kids got their $2000 swing set for the price listed online. They truly made my day.

There are really nice employees in this store but there are really bad employees as well. Those that are good are really good. Those that are bad are terrible. Management is non-existent in this store. The bad employees are rude and offensive and management is never around to address this issue with. Those bad unhappy employees need to realize it’s not my fault they work there. If they don’t like it their job in Lowes, then they need to go to college, get a degree and then get a better job or something like that. It’s not cool we (customers) have to put up with your unhappiness.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. And to say that the service is horrible is actually an understatement. I was supposed to receive a delivery on 7/14/23. I received a voicemail on 7/13/23 asking to call back by 2pm to confirm my delivery for 7/14/23. I called three times between 11am and 1pm on 7/13 to confirm that the delivery was taking place on 7/14 and was told that it was confirmed. I call multiple times on 7/14/23 to confirm my delivery window and got placed on hold for over 30minutes. After 8pm I am able to talk to someone and they say, "You didn't confirm the delivery so the delivery was rescheduled for another day." WHAT?!?!?! I called multiple times the day before and was told that the delivery was confirmed. I was told that it was my fault that I didn't answer the phone while I was at work to confirm the delivery. Furthermore, I was told that Customer Service does not confirm delivery, that I had to speak directly with a manager to confirm the delivery. So why was I not informed of that when I spoke to customer service. The girl on the phone had the audacity to tell me that I should have given another phone number for someone else if I was going to be working and not taking their calls. Absolutely preposterous and the worst experience ever. I wish there was a Home Depot in town, I'd give them my money in a heart beat.

Had an issue with a item, returned it for another one, no problem, talked with a manager, problem solved, thumbs up for Lowe's and manager "J. F." in eagle pass.

My, oh my. I’m sad to say this particular Lowes has the worst customer service.Only good part was Jonathan at the service desk was the only one who was helpful.Also, Seth the manager who did seem to hear us out. I do hope he does have a team meeting or perhaps corporate can come down and have a training on how to provide great service. You can never find someone to help, and when you do they do not want to take the time to help you find the product you need. We see many employees but we can not seem to see good smiling and helpful employees who will make me want to give a good review. I question myself Are they so under paid? Or is it just a toxic environment that needs a great leader who can make a drastic change. I pray that someone with authority reads this and truly cares about the importance of giving people what they deserve. And that is great service.After all you are making money off of us why not show a little bit more appreciation.
