Nails Spa is a very nice place that receives a high volume of clients. The business does not take appointments, operating on a walk-in only basis, which several customers found to be an inconvenience due to a current lack of staff. This system often results in significant wait times, with reports of waiting for almost an hour, 30 minutes, or even over two and a half hours. Some customers noted that the order of service could feel inconsistent despite putting their name on a list. Once serviced, the experience varies. Many technicians are described as professional, providing great customer service and doing a good job. One technician was a delight, taking great care, massaging, cleaning, and choosing the right color, demonstrating a genuine love for their work and a commitment to doing the best job possible for customers, even under pressure. The end results are frequently praised, with nails looking amazing, natural, great, and perfectly done. The application can be very quick, with one full acrylic set completed in about 25 minutes. However, some service aspects raise concerns. A few customers observed practices they considered unsanitary, such as re-pouring used acetone back into its bottle. In one instance, a customer was asked to clip off their own acrylics to save time, a request that caught them off guard. Some steps, like scrubbing nails, may be skipped. Despite these cons regarding the process and wait, the consistent quality of the final nail work leads many customers to consider returning, give the place a second chance, or come here again.
it was my first time here and they did a good job. i asked for something very natural, and she (cindy) did an american manicure type of style. i would come here again.

Very nice place. I kinda had to wait about 30 min, but I didn't mind. I didn't have an appointment. Very professional, great customer service by everyone. If I come back to Eagle Pass I would definitely come do my nails here again.
