Have always had excellent service at the Eagle Pass store on Garrison. Few employees have been there for years, surely ask for them when i go buy parts, products to clean my car or maintain, chemicals or recomendaciones for car performance. Hardly have issue with parts and if any well most parts are cover by a lifetime warranty.

I always get great service here. The employees are always willing to at least try to help, and they are polite and professional. I've never had a bad experience with their products.

Really nice clean store, very friendly staff that are helpful and welcoming. They also have a veteran discount available.

Rude customer service. Went to return an item because I made a mistake on getting the wrong item. I apologized to the associate because I felt it was going to be an inconvenience. Without saying a word, he just grabbed my returned item, literally threw it behind him and gave me my receipt and stomped and turned to go back on his phone.
