They don’t start receiving till 9am, but there is someone in Office to check in at 8am, not so friendly. Make sure you write down your load number with the letters in front of it, she will let you know. You can sleep over night on street, very lit, behind a car dealership. Pilot truck stop about a mile down the road though. Fast unload very friendly unloading staff, they come and get you when they want you on a dock. Restrooms available for drivers in office check in area. Fast unload and reload.

I always see getting the Mexican Nationals first. They tell you it’s either by appointment or By the order you came but not true. I don’t want to say they are racist but it sure looks like it. There is also a large lady at the front rude as hell she is probably divorced or having issues at home.

Just to let you know what is going on here
Saturday at 3:00 pm ct i show up to pick up a load to Marshalltown IA
They said sorry we are closing down come back tomorrow
Sunday i show up at their opening time 10:00 am
After waiting for 3 hours i was told that they are not loading anything on Sunday just receiving come back tomorrow
Well today is Monday at 1:00 pm still waiting to get a door
This place is really something else
They are open at 9:00 Monday through Friday Saturday and Sunday 10:00am-3:00pm

For delivery, big line of trucks. They call in their own guys while us OTR guys have to wait for hours and watch people cutting in front us! Terrible

Checkin at the intercom at the siide of the guard shack house. Quick loading less than an hour. Restroom inside the building

If you are non LTL you park in the street and walk through the gate, to the immediate right is a driver entry to check-in then you walk back to your truck and they will walk out to your truck to tell you when your load is ready so you can pull in to get loaded
