My experience was excellent I would never go anywhere else ever the stylist lady is very professional and attentive to how I want my haircut. I'm glad Walmart is doing more things for us please keep the ad going for Tuesday very appreciated! My stylist was Miriam .

I’ve been going to get my haircut here for the 3rd time I only get my haircut with Olivia sometimes I have wait a little while bcuz she barely coming in or coloring her own hair but I don’t mind because I like her work

I set up 2 different appointments on their app, drove 50 minutes only to be turned away by an extremely rude lady who was just sitting there on her phone. My appointments were scheduled for 6:30 and I arrived 6 minutes early. She claimed that they close at 6:30, then she changed it and said they close at 7 but she needed to sweep and take out the trash and she couldn’t stay until 10 just to cut my hair!! I used a kind and respectful tone throughout the whole experience even though I felt very angry, not for being turned away but from the rude and condescending way I was spoken to. I tried getting the woman’s name but she refused to give it to me, she said “I’m not giving you my name if you’re just going to complain about me!” I never received an apology or even a regretful tone for wasting my time and making me travel from out of town for our haircuts. Horrible service at this place! You need to fix your website and not schedule appointments after a certain cut off time, not everyone knows your unofficial rules or store procedures, I wasted $30 of gas and a $38 take out meal, had I known I could have arrived earlier and not only 6 minutes BEFORE my appointment time.
