I had to dig for clarity in regards to the information I was seeking. Customer service could use a little more initiative when it comes to helping out someone. Having the technology before them - not sure how hard it is to breakdown the information in a way the customer could understand. Perhaps the employee was inexperienced, but what I can recommend, is to not be afraid to talk and give information to the person who pays for the account. If they are there in person, that is because they need further clarity.

Asked them to help me to replace my broken phone and they said they didn't do that....minnesota tmobile stores always helped me with anything and everything. Eagle pass has the worst customer service.

Trash service at both stores. Mgr @ Bibb location refused to give me a good reason or an explanation on why sprint customers can’t upgrade. Then refused to give me her name. A mgr GTFOH. They’re “sprint system been down” and they blame the owner of the store for being cheap and not upgrading. Love how both stores blame each other. Trashhhhhhhhhhh

All I can say is wow! The customer service from all of the employees today Friday January 29th was above and beyond. They were such a blessing and made a hard day so much better for me. I am so glad Sprint has merged with Tmobile. God Bless You
