Dropped off documents to get overnight with a pre printed UPS label, stated they would not provide an envelope because I didn’t purchase the label there even thought it’s a UPS label. Guessing they don’t get a cut of it or something…had to pay $8 for an envelope cause that’s the only folder that was big enough for legal sized documents

Terrible managed store with terrible customer service training. There’s no reason to deny UPS labeled packages. The excuse is, it’s a “private store” they all are, they are franchises! And none of them deny UPS packages. They should be charging a pick up fee. They could care less if a paying customer ships something that is time sensitive. They outright deny it and send it back. They’re too lazy to deal with it and call the customer to make sure they get their package. AS THAT IS THEIR JOB. YOUR LITERAL JOB IS TO MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS RECEIVE THEIR PACKAGE.This is the only ridiculous store that does this. Evelyn and Brianna, do better.

Came for the notary service, to be told that it is not available and that they are not trained to???. While the notary service sticker is outside, wouldn't be surprised if other services arent available either. Temperature inside disturbingly hot and has been like that this year. Just reading the other reviews checks the boxes. Embarrassing owner management.(hence your 2 star ups business)

Frida attended me as I entered. I need to send some packages to some out of towns friends and she was so kind to guide me through the process. She asked her co worker Evelyn a question about one of my small packages and she was such a team player and dove right in. Both ladies are super kinda and helpful. My experience was great and I highly recommend.

The service here is exceptional I’ve never had an issue but why is it so hot?? Not sure if it’s cooler outside than inside. Why would you have your employees working in that kind of environment?

I gave a good review the first time but after a few times of printing returns labels and getting charged 3. Dollars per print and I have to do the work of taping with my own tape ( why am I paying 3. Dollars?) when I can pay 25. Cents per copy at the local library and they
Are helpful for only 0.25 cents. It’s the price gouging of all businesses in this country. Crazy how the greedy corporations are so greedy!

These young ladies ( employees), sure do know everything about their jobs and are very helpful in helping us elderly print out labels when needed ( I’m not computer savvy), but I always get the help that I need when I use this store!! Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I needed business services such as notary, printing, and shipping. The website advertised notary but the staff in the store didn’t offer the services. Just FYI if you plan on it.

Terrible customer service and horrible employee didnt allow me to send the exact same package they had shipped to my house she said it too big it was a pair a shoes in their box not a great place to send shoes i guess never had a issue with this company tell here in. Eaglepass

UPS is a shipping facility, I have been to this store three times in the last couple of months to have packages shipped out. The lazy personnel that work here should be fired or give a better title. You are a shipping store , so they clam. If you want to drop anything off at this store, you need to have everything completed before you arrive, as they will not help you with anything.
I had taken a box that was ready to ship while carrying the box into the store. The tape came loose on one corner, and I asked if they could tape it back before shipping out. The lazy little girl behind the counter told me she would not, but I could buy tape and tape it myself. I ask if you are not a shipping facility? She replied that when you bring it in ready to ship, we will ship it.
How the Corporate UPS has not been notified of this store and the lack of service provided under their name UPS is truly unreal.
I have read a few of the reviews from others, and it seems to be the same. Terrible service, lazy employees, and it seems that whoever answering back to most of the reviews is part of the issue as they are making excuses for PISS POOR MANAGEMENT and their unskilled and untrained workers.

Used this UPS store location to pick up ny order from Amazon. I called the girls days prior to my package being delivered there and they said once it comes in it should be there and everything will be fine. Since, I wanted to know if i had to do some kind of process to make it easier to pick up my package at their location. They did not inform me of anything else. I called yesterday, because my package was ready for pickup. They told me they denied my package and returned it. The girl couldn’t give me any valid reasoning as to why my package was returned. She just kept saying “I don’t know”. She was stuttering all over the place and knew what they did for being lazy. How are they supposedly not in control of denying a package when THEY denied it. Amazon trusted UPS to deliver it safely and to their customer.
